Very great video, seems like VCDS changed the process (before you had to put in security access code 31456). This worked great on my 2014 Audi S6 as of 06/05/2022. Thanks again!
Recently did control arms on an S6 without disconnecting the battery and the air suspension went haywire. Every single stability/braking system was throwing errors, car was stuck in jack mode so the front ride height was maxed out. That thing literally needed every calibration under the sun to get back on track. Didn’t touch a single electrical connector and I disconnected the leveling sensor at the lowering link so it shouldn’t have registered any movement. Disconnect that battery guys! These advanced ride management systems are very temperamental.
Hallo! My question is, why NOBODY shows how it looks AFTER ALL PROCESS with meter in hand. You had 10 mm difference on rear axle! (410 and 400 mm) It is my problem too, why I try to correct air susp. system. AFTER ALL PROCESS have you the identical values? For ex. 400 mm? Thanx Bye Robert
I had a problem with mine replaced the compresser and solenoid valve block, cleared faults, but my new compresser not working checked fuses and replaced relay. Is this what I have to do to get it working????
Thank you for your video. Followed the instructions and I got error “aborted due to safety reasons “ during set reference. Now I can’t set height. Could you please suggest what I can do? Thank you!
I have an question will this method work because I replaced both of my front air suspension heights sensors and after finishing and lowering the car, the front of the car slammed to the ground and I can’t turn off the air suspension tire change, it’s stuck on the on mode.
Make sure your battery voltage is not below 12.5V. Have a charger on it when you perform calibration. I need to see the error you getting. Can you describe more details? Not sure if I’m understanding what you trying to say
Great video but I have a 2006 a8 and im getting an error when i try that code. This is the error “Controller Refused the Key, Error 35 Invalid Key.” I also get the same when I use 31564. Please help

hello, I have an a7 4g, it gave me an error, the front left level gauge, I replaced it with an aftermarket one, and now when I get on the highway after 120 km/h, it gives me some error again, do I have to do a calibration too
Always after replacing level sensor need to do calibration!!! I would not use aftermarket sensor . Make sure you are on level ground and your battery in good working condition and fully charged when you perform calibration. Also too before you proceed with calibration you should not have any errors in your LCM otherwise it will not let you do the calibration.
For a start, you are doing at your own risk and I’m not responsible for it. First you need to make sure all 4 sides are calibrated to same value if they not! Second, if you want to lower your suspension you need to add higher value to your existing value, for example: 390mm+10mm = 400 mm, that should lower suspensions 5-10 mm.
@@DIYDime this number I made it in dealer and he told me this are number from Audi group and this number are standard but i dont think so . My car stay very lift with this number. I want more dropped

Dude, I can`t believe you haven`t hear that the car should be PARKed on a completely level surface, as I see your place for calibration looks like 10-15% incline... I don`t think it`s ok

You need to recalibrate your air suspension. Check your level sensors on the front.
Thanks...I found 1 sensor was broken...

As a side not to anyone follow these steps. If you get an [aborted-saftery reasons], you may need to clear faults before continuing.
