I agree with Joe. Tekken fans who fail to notice Story modes and the important of quality of the production value are very short sighted. This game wss a breath of fresh air. So well done. ❤

Always find it funny when casuals try to pick Yoshi as their first main cuz he "looks cool" when really he's one of the hardest characters to master in Tekken history🤣
I remember seeing the tekken 8 announcement and joe expressing his complete lack of interest which I found annoying consideing hes supposedly a big fighting game fan. Then I remembered Americans in general have historically had no idea how popular this franchise is in the rest of the world. This game is easily the best fighting game released in the last decade if not all time.
I gotta correct Alex on no one reacting to Claudio's death. He literally saved all of their asses,with Reina eyeballing how he was able to make Kazuya's Control over Azazael unstable enough that he had to flee,when he was just about to kill all of them. Also,Victor even goes "Wow Claudio,i didnt expect you to be the one to make the sacrifice play for us all" when In terms of Story relevance Claudio has only been introduced in t7 and even that game did a bad job of explaining his plot relevance and T8 fixes that by "showing" how relevant he is rather than "telling" which alot of stories fail to do. As a fan of Tekken since T4,im so happy with the story mode in this game. Im not even a big fan of Jin but this game was needed to right the wrongs done to his character since t3 ended. Im not a big fan of the overdesigned Devil designs,so i was very happy that they "punched out" all the devil Gene/magic aspects and it ended in a brutal 1v1 duel between Kazuya and Jin. Maybe its cuz T4 was my first game in the series,but Kazuya has grown into one of my favorite villians in Gaming. Dude lost the Devil powers and said "So? That aint been nothing to me besides and extension of my power." My favorite moment is when Jin is having Flashbacks and you see Devil Jin fading Away,his Mother's warmth and Guidance,but the one that a really got me is when Ling's face appeared. Ling had kept her faith in Jin longer than anyone,and all Jin wanted to do was Live to see a Life with Ling Possible and that brought tears to my eyes.
$1 a game?! Its always been like that here. I remember playing Tekken 5 and Soul Calibur 3 in the arcade and that was $2 a game What's with the Paul slander? Hey man, he beat Ogre back in Tekken 3...he just left before he got back up and transformed, so it kind of didn't count.
its kinda hard for a new comer in tekken lore to be impressed by tekken 8's story. especially the final battle of jin. im pretty sure everything would just go pass by their head.
