just make sure you get the keyboard out correctly, you definitely have to use a very thin thing like a blade to get to that much deep below the keyboard. If you can't get the keyboard out because of the keys, you are forcing the wrong layer out, you will have to go deeper.

is there a way to use replace optical drive for hdd and use ssd for this laptop?

Yes you can use a caddy. It is the same like th optical drive but with place for a regular disk. There are two sizes 9.5mm and 12.7mm. Just check the thickness of your optical drive.

Do you have some liquid damage on the keyboard. Try reconnecting the keyboard. The problem is in it i think.

My guess is that the keyboard is faulty. It is very thin, so it may have internal damage on it. Disconect it and use external keyboard for few days, to see is everything fine.
