Toshiba Satellite C855 no system start. Graphic card repair

I have the same C855-22M with exactly the same problem,it has 216-0810028 chip.My question is from where have you bought a trusted chip,and second if they really need some kind of prebaking.I have popcorning two brand new nvidia without any obvious reason in the past and this has disencourage me somehow about bga.

I have Toshiba L850 1TG, my problem is. That laptop powers up but no disply I tried To reflow the AMD graphic card twice but it didn't work note that the vga disply on external monitor. Someone told me that maybe the circuit display! Can you please suggest any solution. And thak u for the great Video
