    I have had HA for around 4-5 years, but last year I began implementing measures to recover my period. Two weeks ago, for the past two weeks I've been feeling pain in my breasts as well as in my lower right abdomen (though not always). If I ovulated teo weeks ago, I should technically get my period today. However, I haven't seen any bleeding so I'm starting to feel quite disappointed and frustrated. What would you recomend me to do in this case? Thank you for your help and your informative video!!

    Hey is it possible to get pregnant or ovulate 6 days Before ur cycle

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  2 месяца назад

      Hi there, Yes, you could get pregnant if you have sex six days before your period starts, especially if your cycle is shorter or if you ovulate earlier than usual. Ovulation usually happens around the middle of your cycle, but it varies for everyone. Sperm can live inside you for a few days, so if you have sex before ovulation, you might still get pregnant. It's important to use contraception properly if you don't want to get pregnant. If you're worried about your fertility or menstrual cycle, it's a good idea to talk to a doctor.

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  Год назад

      Hi there. Thank you for sharing. The uterine lining after giving birth will slough off during uterine involution, a natural process in postpartum recovery. So yes, in this unique instance, a period-like sloughing of the uterine lining can occur without ovulation and a woman could then ovulate right after this involution without having a ‘true period’ per-say.

      It's rare but not impossible to get pregnant without having a period. Pregnancy can occur if ovulation happens without a subsequent period, especially during perimenopause when ovulation can be irregular. However, it's important to note that the chances of getting pregnant naturally decrease with age, and the risks associated with pregnancy also increase. If you're trying to conceive, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider to discuss your specific situation and any potential risks.

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  2 месяца назад

      It is generally unlikely for a person to become pregnant if they have never had a menstrual period. Menstruation is a sign that a woman's reproductive system has matured and is releasing eggs regularly, which is necessary for the possibility of conception. However, there are some rare exceptions where a woman might ovulate without having had a period, but this is not common.
