I was just going to suggest the built-in humanizer, but you already did it at almost the exact settings that I use. It's a great tool.

For drums editing in Reaper, I really recommend the "MIDI Note Selector" script by Lokasenna. Makes it very easy to select for example every 2nd note so you can lower the velocity and make it sound more natural.

How to make blasts sound like those of Paul Mazurkiewicz from Cannibal Corpse: take the last 8 beat and gradually increase the tempo +20%. He always does that stuff, check out his drumcams.
