Good work man. I bought these and ended up returning them. I was not happy that they came with no instructions on how to properly level them and set the height except trial and error...
Hey man did you ever find out why it's clunking in the back? I just finished mine yesterday and I got it to where only the back right is making the noise
Oh ya I gave an update did on Chanel of how low it is if ur interested but I scrape a good amount but I also do have a decently low hanging exhaust and that really the only thing that does scrape for the most part
@@miguelwsl I actually got mine off Amazon but mine is a hard brand to work with definitely recommend 3M or Avery Dennison and also it really depends on the car. I think I ordered about 50 feet and had like a good amount extra.
Your gonna need a decent camber kit. That’ll give you a better fitment and with the spacers as well. But most importantly you’re gonna be chewing through tires left and right with the camber kit.
Kinda lol. I started by myself realized I couldn’t do it called up a friend who wraps cars helped with a lot of it and then me and my dad finished the rest.
@kapow_g37 - Well, truthfully, some of us have never installed coilovers. Some of us as well, have never even seen coilovers out side of catalogues. we've only seen them in magazines. So you combine those two together and it's a completely alien situation. There are those of us out here who hope that a how-to video would actually show us how to.
@@Crimsonking914 I also have never done coil overs and read the paper instructions I was provided. I guess if it’s that big of a deal you’re gonna need more than a tutorial video
These z1 coilovers are just Chinese clone junk re-branded with a new color and sticker. They aren't spending time research and developing these products or stress testing them on a road course. Stay away. Most z1 products are lower quality clones. Not all, but most. Like their rear diff brace.
Yeah, I don’t doubt some of it is, but they do some of their own development as well, and even if they are rebranding, they seem to at least rebranding the better of the products that can last may be longer than some of them because all my products have been great
@kapow_g37 you literally just said on a couple of comments that they are clunking in the rear intermittently. This is not a sign of a good product and is not acceptable, but young kids like yourself will just act like it's normal and talk about how great it is.
@ lmao a clunking in the rear can mean multiple things from Improper install to something not even related to the suspension itself but the car not used to hard damping. “Young kids”😭😭😭 old head alert, these things have takin an absolute beating and have held up great im not letting something like a clunk detine the entire quality of the product. But sounds like you would so I wouldn’t listen to ur advice on much if it’s that easy to disappoint
ayeee i got the same wheels setup on my G37s coupe 🤧 love your G it’s cleannn 🧼 i got 20mm spacers in the front, 19x10 rear and 19x9 front and im satisfied with the look 💫

Ya that is true. Literally had to jus jack it up and down a few times to see what I liked😭
Hey man did you ever find out why it's clunking in the back? I just finished mine yesterday and I got it to where only the back right is making the noise
I didn’t honestly I thought it was a plastic insert in the trunk and adjusted it and it stopped but I think I still hear it occasionally
hey bro i’ve got these too but haven’t put em on yet. how they treating you long term?
Very good still I think there might be a clunking noise in the rear. That’s a little annoying, but no performance problems.
@@kapow_g37are ur rear diff bushings good?
What wheels are them ?
Sport 370z wheels
Do you scrape / bump over potholes and speedbumps?

Wrapped Yesir and costed 800$ for material and I installed with dad but also paid my friend to help me start
Where did you order your material and about how much do you recommend ?

So you mean WITH the camber kit it’s gonna chew thru tires?
What size tires are you running?
275/35s
Upgrade the front swaybar = best $150 you’ll ever spend!
You really feel that much of a difference?
Did you wrap it yourself?
Kinda lol. I started by myself realized I couldn’t do it called up a friend who wraps cars helped with a lot of it and then me and my dad finished the rest.
Too bad even though you said in the beginning, nobody had shown the install. As it turns out... neither did you.
😢
Yeah, I realize that after, but honestly, it’s a super straightforward install, and people don’t watch all the way through on those videos as much
