Thank you, picture on my box was different to actual product but mine looks exactly like yours.
Thought it was just me failing to get snow foam to work, using the detergent bottle that comes with it... Was expecting a blizzard of white foam, and just got slightly bubbly water. Sounds like a need another fitting...

Good Day, do you know what type of connection is the pressure hose? If its m22. I’m trying to put together a quick connect set up with a short gun but wanted to make sure it can work since the hose set up is not like regular pressure washers.
Is yr unit noisy after turned on the pump? How about vibration?
Can i use it with tap water connection? Or still I need to use bucket of water?
Can we use this for wall washing?
The foam soap doesn’t work with it unfortunately. You get the same results as normal car wash. You need to buy a different adapter for it
I have got one of these as well. I tried the priming from a bucket of water. It looks as if it is taking ages to suck water in to spray

In order to connect this washer to your garden hose, you must cut the end off of your hose first.
Requiring you to sacrifice a hose is pretty dumb.
Any way to modify the foam to get snowy foam?
I could be wrong but that all depends on what soap you buy. Some soaps are more thinner while others are thicker, giving you that foamy texture. Just research for thick foamy soaps.
