Mai visualise nahi kar pati, yeh meditation chakras se jyada affirmation meditation jaisa laga mujhe but very soothing, color sirf black black hi najar aa raha tha. Jab beej mantra ke saath karti hoon tab mujhe colors bhi dikhayi dete hai. Thank you for sharing this med. 🙏

When I do all the 7 chakras meditation before sleep, usually I fall a sleep before the completion .
Now when I getup for the natures call in the night once or twice I start d meditation again from 3/4 th chakra and fall a sleep again.
But I observe v bad dreams everytime.
(no dreams of any kind if I do it once only before sleep.)

For the first time i did nwith u literally tears came from eyez as per u r said ni do daily root chakra and thsn sacrel chakra meditation on recorded video i reall y feel a different experience nonly i can feel it is it true rhat bwhenever we do rhis meditation tears comes from our eyes

As u say energy moves through spinal cord.
Now cord /vertebral column ends at d base of the skull.
Now how does energy moves to third eye or crown chakra ?
Lower 5 chakras ki energy spinal cord ke through imagine karte hain hum and then upper 2 chakras are universal and divinely connected chakras so exact point par imagine karna hai aapko.. Third eye and crown portion par 😇
