Heart chakra tk aate aate thoda Dr sa lg rha tha jaise hi fontenell k pass phunchi dimag shant ho gya aur last meri body poori dheeli pd gyi aur aur shrir ajib trike se hilne lga.. uske baad lga aankh na kholu bhot muskil s aankh khuli.. ye kis chz k signals h??

      Bahut achaa! Aap ko acha experience ho raha hai. Sharir mai jo hil raha hai, woh aap ke sharir mai "unwinding" ho rahi hai. woh normal hai. Jab man antarmukhi hone lage tab ankhe kholne mai wakt lag sakta hai kyo ki aap chetan man se avchetan man mai aa rahe hai. Aapni prakriye jaari rakhe

    Sir i saw followed so many videos but urs is vry vry strong. Felt the vibrations actually.but jst wanted to know if it has any negative effect also on body cos at times body feels frightened n loaded with something.pls guide asap

      Thank you for your appreciation. There are no negative effects of the process. Kundalini yoga is practised for aligning the energy centres and for cleansing the energy centres in our being. It is a powerful process. While doing the process we must sit in a comfortable posture and our mind must be free without any expectation of the outcome. It is important to experience the process without any like and dislikes in equanimity.

      If you practise the meditation your chakras will start getting cleansed and you will feel a surge of energy in different centres. Start the practise without fear. Try for few days and share your experience.

    मेने आज ये किया और आखिर मे मुझे पसिना आने लगा , अलगसा मेहसुस हो रहा था पुरी शरीर मे | मुझे घबराट होने लगी| ये वीडियो खतम होने के बाद में १ मिनिट बाद आंख खोल दी | फिर १,२ मिनिट मे सब नॉर्मल हो गया| उसके बाद बहोत शांत मेहसस हो रहा है|
    क्या मेंने ध्यान करने में गलती की ?
    आखीर के २ मिनिट मे जो मेहसुस् किया वो क्या था ?

      Dhanyawad . dhyan ke baad santata bani rahti hai, iss ko hum "stillness" kehte hai. aap ki dhyan mai stirta baard rahi hai.

      Each Bija akshara is surrounded by specific number of Petals and each petal has its own akshara which is surrounding it. The energy of that centre is in the bija akshara and the energy of that centre is boosted further when you feel the akshara of the petal is surrounding the bija askshara. once you practise it you will be able to experience the connection, please do share your experience we will love to hear about it .

      Chakra par dhyan karne se aap ke chakra sakriye hote hai. har vyakti ka anubhav alag hota hai. Kisi ko chakra ke rang dhikhte hai, kisi ko vibration feel hoti hai, kisi ko ek dam shantata anubhav hoti hai. Kisi ko chakra ke sound ka anubhav hota hai. Agar aap chakra dhyan roj kare ge toh aap ko chakre ke anubhav ho ge kuch dino mai. Kitna wakt lage ga uss ka anumaan asse nahi lagaya ja sakta hai. aap dhyan shuru kare aur hum se apne experience jaroor share kare. Dhanyawad

      निरंतर अभ्यास से मन को एकाग्र करने की आदत डालिए, सफलता जरूर मिल जाएगी। आप पहले कुछ दिन अपने स्वास पर ध्यान दीजिए, 5 मिनट से शुरू करें- अपने अंदर आती स्वास और बाहर जाति स्वास पर ध्यान करें, इस वक्त को रोज 1 मिनट से बढ़ाएँ। ये रोज करने से आप का मन एकाग्र होना शुरू हो जाएगा।

    Guruji dhyan ke doran swas dhire dhire chal rahe the or hatho mai kampan mehsus hua or jab 1 by 1 chakra pe dhyan laga rahe the to us chakra ki position pe kuch mehsus ho raha tha jo word mai nahi keh sakta.lekin jab vissuddha chakra pe dyan lagaya tha tab gale ki kanthi mai koi pakd ke hila raha ho aisa mehsus hua.
