Marcello used to come eat at my father's grandmother's house before I was born, in the 9th Ward, which was mostly white back then. Marcello's underlings tried to get my father to join forces w/ them, but my father's aunts wouldn't allow it. In retrospect, that's probably a good thing, as I may never have been born otherwise.

Carlos and his family lived in North Africa for a little and worked on a plantation down south. A lot of people don’t realize that blacks and Italians were lynched and were victim to segregation. I don’t think a lot of Italians back then were racist towards African Americans

    • @rudykadous4005

Wrong they were very racists against blacks. You didn't hear about the Italians and the backs going to warin the 60s in New Jersey? You never heard of the white knight? U need to read up on your history cause Italian s have always been racist towards the blacks they called them "moolis". Italian mafiosos were very racist towards blacks. Funny that blacks worship these mobsters that hated them outright lol

When I was a kid about 11 yrs old or so, in clear view mall in Metairie, there was a deli in there called MARCELLOS. That was his family’s deli, his son ran it, called him ‘’little joe’’ I remember.I use to go in all the time to eat and they all loved me, use to say ‘’ hey the kids here get him some fuckin chow’’. They would feed me free of charge and sit and bullshit with me. loved going in there was just bunch of Italians sitting in the back room playing cards. Carlos came in and out I’ve seen him a few times, he offered my dad who was a New Orleans cop a job to be on his payroll. Told him he can have his Mercedes and threw my dad the keys to it. My dad declined and threw the keys back said he’s sry but he can’t. My dad knew him from the deli because he worked mall security as a side job when he’s wasn’t on the streets with the NOPD.

It’s amazing how Italian mafia can migrate to America live a life of crime and flourish meanwhile African Americans were shipped here against their own will had to go through hell and back and still haven’t came up yet I grew up in the St Bernard Housing Project in Downtown New Orleans I would always hear how the Mafia has a strong hold on French Quarter New Orleans now after looking at this video I can believe it I also remember the Gambino Bakeries through out the city and outskirts

Not many were psychologically stained as “African Americans” were for hundreds of years the psyche of “said people” were effected from their treatment which really tore any forms of unity from their repertoire. It’s deeper than rap.... blacks were very successful Pre-integration... that scared them... do research to see what they did about it

But when it comes to African immigrants there’s no issue with organizations and unity in those communities

It’s crazy cause the reason why he was so racist is because he used to run St.Charles Parish(go look it up) and have the law enforcement on his team my girlfriend parents are from both #1 St.John Parish (Edgard,Louisiana) & #2 St.Charles Parish (Hahnville,Louisiana) plus you think NOPD BAD ST. CHARLES HAVE THEY OWN PRISON FACILITY NOT JAIL (like Jefferson Parish) 0-15 years there at NELSON COLEMAN any more like 20-life really really going up the road to Angola,Louisiana just imagine back in those days in THE WHOLE ST. CHARLES PARISH WAS RACIST FROM kkk members TO policemen💤TO babies😂real talk ...
Bonus: TRUE STORY FOR THOSE WHO KNO WHA HAPPENED IN ST.CHARLES
A younger black dude was round earlier 20’s was having an alleged affair with the SERGEANT’S WIFE right but yk white ppl back in the day they peeping thru the window ratting....so two officers pull up on a mid-week day to the boy’s momma house IN KILLONA,Louisiana🏡 (which is crazy cause they lived in the neighborhood right across from the PRISON) they get out and ask for _______ mother says he isn’t home ... so the police tell her we’ll make sure he’s hear tomorrow by 2 in the afternoon or imma go looking for him and you don’t want me looking for him, so the frantic mom tell her son the police was looking for him when he got home...unfortunately he must’ve knew his fate that the affair was out and he yk waited till the next day till 2pm and where he was put into the back of a police cruiser and went missing after mother check at Jail didn’t have him on file and last seen with police , her son was found hung in a Oak Tree 🌲........ in
(Des Allemands, Louisiana) VERY POPULAR AREA WHERE BLACK PPL WERE LYNCHED AND DROWNED IN THE BAYOU.... WHOLE CITY WAS RACIST.....WHEN FOUND , ST. CHARLES DEPUTIES RULED IT AS A FUCKING SUICIDEEE...... ST CHARLES THE WORST PARISH FOR TRAFFIC STOPS AND HANDING YOU YEARS TO THIS DAYYY AND TWO RESTAURANTS BLACK OR OTHERS DON’T EVEN EAT AT IS FATBOY’S at 219 Paul Maillard Road in (Luling, Louisiana) & MOSCA’S on 4137 U.S. Highway 90 West
