everywhere that doesn't mention sjt at all in their criteria, and some of the ex-bmat unis apart from imperial because imperial asks for a 'minimum' sjt band on their site so probably auto-reject band 4, but these other unis which are ex-bmat aren't really using the sjt because it's their first time using the ucat and although the ex-bmat unis are competitive, e.g ucl, u have a very strong ucat score of 2940 which will help bristol (isn't ex-bmat, but sjt not at all considered, and you're likely to get an interview) ucl southampton (2810 for non-contextual was their cutoff last year to interview) plymouth (seems safer and doesn't consider sjt) these 4 with your ucat and because they don't consider sjt, u have a bloody good shot at with 2940
also please suggest me universities. i got low scores in ucat with 2550 and 6 in ielts this month with first time attempt in both. i'm afraid and depressed regarding my acceptance into university.
hello! i need your little help here. i'm quite afraid of my acceptance to any university in medicine. i have a 6 year gap from my secondary high school to till now due to some circumstances that i have faced. i couldn't complete any graduation after that[12th class]. so i'm having no educational background in these 6 years gap. i'm afraid , will they consider my application and offer me a seat in any university. this year, few days back i have completed taking ucat and ielts exam to apply for medicine in the uk after having this much of years of gap with no education record. could you please tell me, will i get accepted by universities? thank you. i will be waiting for your guidance. it means a lot if you reply. thank you again
It doesn't matter how long ago it was if you have your qualifications you are good to go.If you didn't finish high-school you would need to go back and complete the year. You could look into access to medicine course that is offered here in the UK which is a 1 yr course that prepares people from different backgrounds who might have not taken the right subjects in high school or who are thinking of changing there career .You could be accepted into a medicine course with a foundation year. You have many options.
@@khadija2003- Thank you so much for putting time to reply to me. It meant so much for giving me assurance of me having possibilities of getting accepted into universities. Thank you.
I got a 3130 with Band 3 and am an international undergrad applicant, what unis are realistic for me?
Oh wow, down here in Australia its even more competitive. A 3000 UCAT score is only 87 percentile
