It is brutal, really great cover. I'd place it on a second place of aggressiveness list between versions of this track: 1. Dogma (Kiwami) 2. The cover of Alpine Escape 3. Drama (Original)
Thank you! The Kiwami mix is definitely more in your face and less of a soundscape as a result. Both have their place, but I like my big soundscapes hehe
@@faeronix I didn't know about this so I looked into it; the original/main version has the filtered synth and the looser drum beat at 0:39, while the alternate version loses the synth and swaps out the drum part for a variation on the part from the next section. This variant apparently plays a few times, the least spoilery probably being against the Red Eye gang. The alternate version is interesting, especially as I played the whole game through and missed it because I wasn't expecting anything different, though as a sucker for synths I do have to say I prefer the original section.
Hey, uh.. I just wanna say, i was always a bit iffy and torn about choosing a fitting Generic Boss theme for an OC i have in her younger years.. Yua. Due to her events in the past taking place in between, i always tried to focus on Y1 and 2 OSTs (Kiwamis included), but Could never find anything quite fitting enough. But after finding this cover.. I think i found the one that fits just right. The vibe is on point, the energy is there.. And it's really well put together. Can't really say it'd fit if the song just gave me a brain fart- So y'know. Just wanna say thanks.
I've never heard of this before but it looks fun! The soundtrack is on-point too. Sounds like what Yakuza music wanted to be before it finally got there
@@AlpineEscape Well I got a whole playlist. But for now can you cover some of these? Y3 - Hear this in the game Y5 - Christmas Night Raid Y5 - Collisions of Our Souls Y:LAD - Asphodelos Kurohyou - THE NAKED PANTHER Even one of them would be neat c:
@@Seiryu.. I have them noted down! I'm pretty busy so I can't promise I'll get to them very soon but I'll try and make time when I can. Thank you for asking!
@@Seiryu.. Hey! I won't get onto those until next month I'm afraid. Currently I'm crunching for a uni assignment in January and monthly deadlines scoring a game, so my free time musically has been spent on finishing up projects I have lying around because I don't have time to start new ones. There's a lot of cool stuff, these tracks included, that I really want to get started on once this semester finishes, so I'll make a start once I can.
i found this a few weeks ago, and I would love to put this in the game as a mod.
I would love to hear this as my second playthrough.
Love it so much
Thank you so much! I'm very happy with how it came out!
Severely underrated
Sounds pretty metal
Really solid cover, love this 👍

The original has two versions apparently. One which has that one mellow bit and the other having a bit with drums sub in.
@@faeronix Oh, yeah, I remember now

Hey, thanks for the kind words! Glad it could be useful to you! Writing can be really tricky, so I wish you the best with it~~
This also sound like something from Urban Reign

Hey, do you take requests? I like your style👍 so it'd be cool to hear your covers of some other tracks from RGG series
I can do requests! I haven't received any yet though. What would you like to see? 👀

Why don't you call this Cover: "The End Of The Axiom"? Or if you like: "The End Of The Tragedy".
