I wanna cry. This is so beautiful. One thing: the sound of the wind in the video gave me a crazy unrealistic vibe. I'll use your technique, thank you from Brazil!
Waou. It’s absolutely wonderfull. The plastic film technics is very interresting. Thanks a lot to continue to inspire me. You have the talent of your art.👏👏👏
When you pulled off the plastic, the painting made me think of The Great Wave. The effects are interesting and I will try to see if I can create foamy waves with it. Your work and techniques are inspirational as always. Your teaching style is a joy to follow and I’m happy with the end results of my pieces when I paint with you. Thank you so much for sharing your creative process with the world ♥️✨
A mesmerising tutorial for a beginner of watercolour painting. Watching the mountains appear was like magic and the use of the cling film added such a natural texture to the rock. Thankyou and I very much look forward to more!
I had a go today and made it a night time as sky was very dark. No where near as good as yours Lois - but I would be a bit lost without your tuition on here. Thank you - my mental health is much improved by your guiding hand and gentle voice! ❤
Thank you for sharing your mountain techniques. I'm working on a mountain painting now so your techniques will help me a lot to create some texture. Thank you.
Wow - I love this semi abstract style! The misty quality of the mountains in the background is stunning. Will definitely be giving these techniques a try - thank you so much for sharing. 🦋🌺🌿💗
Wow! I tried cling wrap a couple weeks ago and made what looks like glaciers, I know it still needs darker areas. Your video not only showed me how to put darks in but I’m super excited to attempt more abstracts. Thank you!
This is absolutely beautiful! These are definitely not my favorite colors, but I really love the way it looks like glaciers with a lot of mist! Now I must try this technique! Thank you! ❤
This is truly gorgeous and mesmerizing to watch. Thank you. I can't wait to try it out. Just gotta get some food wrap. I am so impatient, I might just try it with a plastic bag.😉
Really admire your style and techniques. I've always been discouraged with my attempts at watercolors, but since watching your tutorials I'm much happier with them and emboldened to have fun trying your looser style. Thank you
Stunning! I have come to admire your choice of sepia and Payne’s grey.......combined they give such beautiful shades, and blues! Lovely! And thank you 🙏
I tried to follow your tutorial but it came out different but very interesting and stunning without me realizing NThank you so much for your great explanation I love painting now more than ever ,
Thanks Lois for sharing how in your mountain range experiment, great result after only using minimum colours. Greatly appreciated enjoyed the video as always stay safe
This is lovely! I'm so glad I found it! It reminds me of the high Sierra in California, where there is a lot of exposed rock and snow, I may try this technique for a river painting I've been trying to figure out how to tackle.
Thank you for this excellent piece of work . I am currently enjoying Anne Blockley’s book on experimental watercolours but her actual process is a bit opaque for a nimby like me. Your video brings this kind of painting into sharp focus and makes me determined to try it this morning .
