What crankcase filter do you have on the drivers side?
Just ordered a G2 kit with upgraded intercooler! I’m only looking for 700hp max I want to play it safe. Upgrading the OPG’s and crank sprocket as well
add more you know you want too...
With the opg’s and crank sprocket you can handle upwards of 800-900whp maybe even 1000 if you have a good fuel setup.

@@jbrockway5.0 what do you think the safe limits are on stock OPG/CS unopened motor? So essentially as stock as you get with the exception of fuel and boost? I’m not looking to make crazy power but I figured I’d probably have to do OPGs anyways if I’m adding boost (2015 GT MT82 50k miles)
Oil pump gears really not needed as so many claim. Ford GT350 and GT500 don't use billet gears. Many go on and on but never really explain how and why. Using 2 step limiter caused a lot of problems and shock loading

The PCV system bypasses your MAF on the drivers side then flows into your intake on the passenger side. Thats an unmetered air leak.
Im not a fan if the ricer bov noises though. Thought bov's were a turbo thing.

My bad I don’t think I touched on it, overall the car runs great! Even at WOT when it’s dropping fuel pressure it’s still moving. Once the BAP comes in I will make an update video!

I’ve run a bap with my dw400 with 1050 injectors and I haven’t had an issue with fueling at all.
I had problems with I ran the DW400 on its own with upgraded I ejctors. Once I added a BAP all problems went away

The g2 kit comes with everything needed. That’s why ESS is one of the hottest superchargers for the coyotes. The bang for your buck is unmatched.
I use to run those injectors and got rid of them. I installed FIC1000 and now my car runs amazing. I would also look into wengerd performance for tuning. He is amazing also
I have no issues with them. Been a year straight on e85 800 wheel

Just saw your comment, car is running fine now. Apparently the DW400 was just not keeping up with the car. Added a BAP and it’s solid!

Man we are going to find out what happens when that day comes 🥹 I’ve also learned that if you’re not driving around like an asshole you may slip through the cracks! Also this isn’t my daily so I’ve been lucky so far! Whipple wouldn’t be a bad choice!
Can someone explain to me what a “BAP” is?
I’ve got a 21 GT Convertible and am trying to make 700-750 WHP. Looking at the G3 kit with the 110mm pulley, do I need a new pump or just a pump booster? I don’t want to spend like 800 bucks on injectors either lol
A BAP is a “Boost A Pump”. So pretty much it gives your stock fuel pump a boost of energy to move more fuel. The stock injectors won’t be enough for 7-750WHP unfortunately. You will need E85 to run the 110mm pulley. Depending on the fuel you use 91/93 won’t be enough octane for 7-750WHP safely. I do see people run a mix of E30 or so with a BAP and upgraded injectors. That is up to your tuner, my tuner “Lund” isn’t a fan of that. I’ve been on the 125mm pulley with my G3 for almost 2 years now. It’s plenty for the everyday Joe, unless you go up ahead a highly modified car. If you have any questions feel free to reply here. I also have an IG @issa.fitty
I just got a fuel system and installing that soon, I just uploaded a video on that as well.
I decided to switch my fuel pump to DW400 but mannnn I have the same issues I get P008A code only when I do wot pull the code comes on. I only got cobra jet set up but I’m hoping to go boosted later on. Witch is why I switch it. But damm it’s been a headache lol

Fronts are Ferrada FR8 20x10 275/35/20
Rears are Weld S77 17x10 305/45/17

Only 8, the other injectors are for the direct injection no need to mess with them.

What psi pully did you go with?
I did the 8.5 pulley but it’s too much for 91, so I ordered the 6.5psi pulley that’s on its way

Install cost me time, I did it myself with help from friends. But I would assume a shop will charge 1k-3k for install. Honestly bro if you have a weekend just hang it out yourself.

Exactly what I did, if I could do it over again I would leave the stock pump with BAP!

@@SIK50H yes sir Gen 2s will be able to run a bit more boost compared to the Gen 3 on lower octane because of the compression ratio

5w50 motorcraft! That’s what they use for the gt500s

It’s supercharged because it’s belt driven, turbos are powered by the exhaust
How much roughly do you have in this build car included? Isn't it around low end 45-60k.

@@nuclearpenguin3046 Yes. $5k can put you in the 800whp+ range with ESS G2/G3 vs whipple at $10k. In ESS G3X you can get up to 1100whp still at $5500

I believe the helical, I didn’t even choose which gears I got with the kit. Still has a great sound!
I’ve been looking into this kit also. Is the whine pretty loud? Idle and under load?
@@jesseyoung7959 the whine is loud, definitely tame compared to some other vortech sand Paxton set ups. If you want it even louder mention the straight cut gears and that will get you even more whine

@@jesseyoung7959 exactly I think the helical is enough for me where it’s tasteful but not too much, I should be dropping a video tonight or tomorrow and I have more footage of the blower at idle
