Dude, I'm so happy for Brad. He's so deserving of this car. He's put so many fast cars together and watched them being raced and now he has his own to rip, hell yeah Brad
Thank you
Dude looked so happy I love it. Makes me excited for my G3 kit to ship!
Help help HELP GEN 2 mustang have ess g3 Running 105 pulley on 93 octane have duchworth 400 pump 716 to rear wheels 12 boost is that sound right
Start subscribing people 139 ain't good enough Andrew needs 200k
🙏
Put 1 litre of denatured alcohol into the fuel tank this will raise the ethanol content as denatured alcohol is ethanol with an additive to stop people drinking it.
Any particular reason for moving the alternator back to the stock coyote location? Looks like there’s plenty of room for it to stay where the PBH brackets were.
I've known Brad since we were kids! We've always bonded over cars. I remember when he called me after wrecking the front a bit on this Mustang and ran to his house to help fix it before his parents got home 🤣🤣👌👌
Badass car just for the love of all things holy 5% on those windows. You can't do the fish bowl look. Cars with dark tint look 1000x better and it protects your interior as well and protects against wood be thrives not being able to see in your shit lol
My eyes can't do 5% lol but she will get retinted
This is goals for my Bullitt; good job!
Awesome numbers buddy, congrats! I'm sure you're having a blast.
The tint on the back glass watching y’all install that supercharger 🫤
Lol it is. I promise she has a lot coming down the pike for her. Just taking time
There are several good tuners for older 2v 3v and 4v still. I've never owned a 3v but I always hear the name Ortiz associated with the 3v. Pro dyno tuned my 07 gt500. They're pretty well known in older 4vs but they also do 2v 3v and coyote stuff as well.
Dan from ProDyno is working on my 03 Terminator as we speak. I know my engine is in great hands!
Lund and pbd are the top 2 internet tuners for these cars but there are some rising stars in tuning for coyotes as well from what I see in the groups.
That car was impressive. Can't wait to get her back on the dyno with a fuel system and a smaller pulley.
Bigger injectors and e and she will be crazy
Man! That motor is STOUT! Congrats Guys! Well done!
Awesome numbers! Happy for Brad
First!
Definitely looks fun to drive!
Nice new edge like that red paint too reminds of my 2011
Congrats Brad! You deserve this mustang!! Sounds and looks incredible!
Hellyeah guys that car rips....
Wonder if u can bring torque up with a f150 manifold, nice, I been swapping a 14 mustang with a crown Vic, harnesses, dash, HVAC,mt82,it's gonna be sweet should be done this weekend
Sure you can bring torque up and hp down lol. If that is what you want.
Ponies in the smokies..hope to see u there..
Love the content of this channel, and I follow a few of my favorite channel's builds, no hating tho... but honestly, I'm tired of "coyote swapped" this, and that... I would really love to see a Fox body 5.8L gt500 engine swap from start to finish! I know... it's expensive, but some channels is obviously they can afford it but rather go with coyote swapping everything. Like I said no hating or bashing just would love to see a 5.8L shoot even a 5.4L gt500 engine swap on a fox body mustang or even a early S197... I don't think I've ever seen a video of an early S197 5.8L gt500 swap. That'd be hella sick🔥🔥
Curious if this ess kit on a coyote swap would be compatible and play nice with the PBH accessory drive kit that relocated a lot? Assuming this ess requires stock location accessories?
The power steering pump is in the way
I just love content on this car
Wonder why it makes more hp than torque, mainly mustangs make more torque than the crank
Watch cleatus video of ty's truck ford ranger with a gen 1 coyote all stock except oil pump gears and a turbo 12lbs made 670whp and 655wtq
My FN GT makes 592 hp at the wheels - normally aspirated. I know there are coyotes with lots more NA power around the 900 plus ho.
Nice love it keep pulling
Note to self I live in middleburg Florida so if I want to learn how to boost once I learn mechanics I’ll have to hit this guy up because I plan on make an unreal 4.6 2v with flat plane crank with programmable turbos so I can switch between 1440hp on the street to an insane 2,000 hp on the drag strip and I want that motor to redline at 11,000 rpm but be rev limited at 10,900 rpm I want to make the most powerful street car in the world no one will see it’s nasty side on the road but on the drag strip it will be almost unbeatable but I want to scare the crap out of those demon boys
Out of curiosity how much would it cost to swap my new edge with a 5.0 and a 10 speed auto?
It'll be alot because that driveline is alot more expensive. You could do a gen 1 manual alot less it would prob be 15k to do the gen3/10r
very nice!🤘🏽
Love seeing Brad smile
Love these new edge cars I had a pro charged cobra and 04 KB cobra way back when pro chargers first hit the market Ford was on the right track with these cars and the 4 valve engine nice car nice build
Honestly 644 is NOT bad at all for a supercharged Coyote on 11 lbs and that ought to make for a fun streetcar. I have a 1997 Honda Civic coupe with a fully built LSVTEC with a GT3582R turbo that makes 709 whp at 34 psi and it'll spin an extra low 5th gear on the interstate on hard 205/40/17s. Honestly, anything more than 350 whp on the street in a car that weighs 2200 lbs is more than it can handle. I built it to be a drag car. Best time to date with slicks is 9.56 @ 155 mph and that was 10,000 RPM between shifts and me bang shifting and spinning.
Why in the world are you running hard 205/40/17s on a civic with 700 wheel? Lol. Probably not a good idea I would have the fattest 15 inch drag radial you can fit so you can actually use some of the power on the street.
If he gets a hold of a gen3, he's only gonna have a better flowing motor with a strong bottom end ready for more boost one day.
It doesn’t need a Gen 3. This is a boss engine. Rotating assembly is very similar to gen 2. Easily good for 900-1000whp
@@MustangLifestyleTV yea I'd rather have the boss/gen 2 over the gen 3 anyday
Need this on my boss, hopefully they make a kit 😕
I hear they are working on ot
Glad see the car rolling I been off line awhile cars a great combo to
That truly awesome Brad, this is a GT Coyote beast, this is a awesome build. Just something about a well built
New Edge Mustang make them just a badass car. Congrats Brad.
Thank you
@@Redbullitt sweet build! What rims are those?
@@kevinbranco1585 those are wistlers
@@Redbullitt thank you sir!
The dream swap! How much did it cost to do this
That's some good numbers.....what's the fuel pump setup your running
Dual 465 return setup
Will the coyote 5 L motor bolt straight up to the 1999 to 2004 Mustang GT
It fits like it was made to go in the car
Wut wheels are on the rear brotha?
Hey Andrew, are you and Brad doing the whole week of ponies in the Smokies in March?
I for sure will be up there all week. Not sure how long Andrew will be up for
Light weight with Coyote power is the best of both worlds. I want to see your buddy race a C6 with a blower and a cam that would be interesting
This thing would rip most average blown cammed c6 imo this things nasty. This car is every bit as light as a c6 vette maybe lighter
$300,000.00 Mustang GTD, nuff said.......
if you don’t mind me asking brotha, how much did a coyote swap run you?
At this point I honestly don't know. I sold all the 2v stuff I had and paid for a lot of things but we lost track lol
Dude youtube is killing your views I don't ever see your videos unless I search your channel
Gotta hit the notification bell!
Men 700 isn’t enough
Maybe 3:55? Or 3:27’s?
Niceeeeeee
I have always said it since I drove my first one, but the Coyote is a REALLY well designed and powerful engine platform. Ford knocked it out of the park with the Coyote!
I'd put a teksid with higher compression against a coyote all day.
@@music4all317 hope it's a 4v ur talking about IL take a wap block there 5lbs lighter and will take jus as much hp Andrew lavender has a two valve Big turbo pushing well over 1200 hp and revving to 8.5k
@@jonnathwill8318 this is not true. They don't take just as much power. Yea they can take 1000-1200 but a teksid can do 3000 hp. If you're not trying to go much over 1000 then it'd be fine.
@@music4all317 yea I mean once you do high compression and cams and ported heads etc it's every bit as good as a built coyote at that point actually better because the teksid can take more power than an oem coyote block. The coyote is a simpler and faster route being able to just swap it and not wait through a build plus you get the benefit of modern tuning with a control pack but you can do this with a stand alone as well. I see why people swap them because it's easier and quicker than building a 4v but you're right a built 4v is nasty and you can stroke them to 5.3 liters. A 5.3 liter teksid with high compression, cams and ported heads would be nasty with a gen3r on it. Be kind of like having a built 5.4 gt500 motor with ported heads and cams. It would be cheaper to land a teksid than an aluminum 5.4/5.8 those bastards are expensive as hell because of limited availability.
@@midnight347 it's all about prepwork guarantee you will find no one that has put that much power 2000+ to a stock teksid without dart sleeves or some other extreme duty sleeves which you can also sleeve a wap block to handle very hi hp power
you're probably just repeating what you have heard you probably also heard someone say it's a teksid block without telling you they sleeved it with aftermarket sleeves
Do you have a wap or a teksid block because I do
What wheel and tire set up in the front and rear?
It's sitting on whistlers right now. Front tire 275/35r18 rear 305/35r18
What brand octane booster do you use
VP Octanium
what all needed to be added or modified to drop in and bolt the motor and trans in? I'm looking to swap the heart of a wrecked 2019 into a new edge also
New edge is very easy as you don't have to mess with the brake booster setup or motor mounts even the k member and trans can bolt right to the coyote. You gotta have an alternator setup I'm not well versed but I know something has to be done there do some research on it. Most people go ahead and do a tubular coyote swap k member while they're doing it. Makes it easier and the stock one with have clearance issues with the coyote oil pan. You would have to modify the pan or kmember price won't be much diff but the k is easier. Then you just gotta get a control pack from Ford for tuning or go stand alone. The the mod motor mustangs are the easiest ones to coyote swap. They even make Dakota digital gauge cluster for them that looks sweet and modern and is kind of plug n play with coyote swaps but it kind of looks oem to the untrained eye.
@@midnight347 thanks for all the info! would a newer coyota k member bolt into the frame? i have control pack with the motor and trans i literally have entire car
@@joshoneill1151 you need the 4.6 k member and mounts
@@joshoneill1151no it needs to be for a new edge the upr tubular k member works great with the coyote from what I've heard (in sn95s new edges)
4.6 4v FtMfW yes the coyote is good but the 4.6 does this as well all while sounding 100× better. When I say 4.6 I'm not talking about the weak 2v. Also the coyote has way more tech than the original modular engine... nice build tho all in all
