@@Wretched2JZ I agree and it ain't like the cobra motor can't make a ton of power too and they're usually better in the torque department also. Terminators and gt500s have special drivelines in them they shouldn't be changed I get what you're saying. If I wanted a new edge coyote I'd Def do it to a gt.

I don’t see what the big issue is about the Terminator engine’s Been discontinued since 2004 they are far and few in between and selling for an arm and leg not many aftermarket parts left for the Termi and he has the 18 5.0 which means he can also have the 10sp Trans I’m thinking seriously about doing this to my Mach 1
There is all kinds of aftermarket parts available for terminators. You can get cams headers exhaust and vmp even makes the newest gen3r for the terminator. Whipple has the 3 liter for it as well. Plenty of parts available for terminators it's one of the few older cars that can actually say that
Don't do it man the older 4v engines are special. You can build your motor and make 1000 alot easier than doing it with a stock bottom end coyote. They're stout but not as stout as a Mach 1 would be with forged internals. They also sound better. Save the coyote swaps for the 302 and 2v guys the 4v are beasts in their own right not many mustangs got the 4v it's a special engine. A coyote swap would cost as much or more compared to a full build on the Mach 1. You can fit the same transmissions to the 4.6 that you can the coyote so that is a moot point about the Trans.
I wanna see that dash in action. I love the DKD DASH. Definitely worth the money.

How are you guys getting tachometer signal to the the Dakota digital I/O module? I can’t find a kit anywhere for that.
We needed to use a Dakota BIM 01-2 OBD-II / CAN Interface module.

Stock Gen3 longblock. Only upgrades to the engine were Boundary OPG's and crank sprocket.
