SavetheKids is a crypto coin that was promoted by several "Faze" members, Ricegum and Sommer Ray. When it was uncovered to be a scam, people scattered and all claimed innocence. That's when SomeOrdinaryGamers, Coffeezilla and Barely Sociable began the project of uncovering what really happened. As time went on, the Faze guys involved would be suspended and Frazier Kay kicked.
This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people.
Just want to be clear since their lawyer kept putting “Faze Kay” in the name and I accidentally said it a few times. - Faze had nothing to do with this legal threat. I talked to Banks who runs Faze and they haven’t had contact with Kay since they kicked him off the team. This is 100% Kay.
Also I reached out to Kay for comment on the MOONPUG situation… he didn’t respond.

Sounds like Kay got given the contract before everyone else, owned a large amount of the supply when the market cap was small and dumped after his fans bought, it's outrageous and too many RUclipsrs and influencers are doing it (scamming their own fans) but at the end of the day if you buy a BSC project be prepared to get rugged, honeypotted and dumped on, it's the way it goes be smart and cash out your initial or get rekt

I got hired at the DA’s office last spring and free advice: 9/10 attorneys who have a real case on defamation will serve you with THAT paperwork, not a cease and desist 😂. Happy to file a brief on your behalf if this ever comes down to it. This is beyond scummy, especially seeing as it involves invoking a literal kid’s charity as its namesake.

Imagine being a lawyer and not knowing the definition of extortion, or, more likely, having a client with more money than brains who is trying to get his lawyer to intimidate someone into compliance with the threat of litigation.

Comparing CNN and MSNBC to the New York Times is apples to oranges. But I get your point. Investigative journalism never died though, it's just not front page news...and most people don't seek out the valuable investigative journalism that IS being done, some of it is in podcast formats. I'm just saying most people complaining about sensationalized/bad news just don't seek out actual journalism.
This channel is great though and has the potential to turn new audiences on to this sort of journalism and can generally serve to make people wiser on this type of trickery and financial scams. Coffeezilla is indeed a beast.

8:40 says it all. Notice these lawyers say Khattri instructed them to file a lawsuit, that’s all. I can instruct everyone to give me a million dollars, it doesn’t necessarily mean they have to do it. Lots of lawyers will take money to write a letter, without agreeing to do anything further. I kinda doubt they would have actually filed this case unless Khattri paid them an extremely large amount.

What I love about lawsuits is it exposes the frauds, not only do you have these facts, but they (I assume) will stand up in court. No better way to convince people. I once supported a man who always threatened to sue his detractors, always said he'd clean up in court, and when he did sue, he lost miserably and I was able to see through his lies. Human nature is strange, it even took me a couple months to process his loss and accept that he was a con man.

Greed is a natural human trait. Everyone is greedy whether we want to admit it. It’s just the more we have, the more we want; that’s why these big influencers seemingly always get caught up in scamming their fans to gain tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. It sucks but it’s life.

yep. I had a similar encounter when exposing Minecraft scamming servers, the owner tried getting me into a lawsuit and was extorting my private contact info. 4 months later and all of his servers are dead.

Actually, lawyers aren't as smart and hardworking on average as this man. Most lawyers are 60% trying to get as much money from the client, 25% supervising clerks and paralegals who do the research and paperwork, and 15% actual work to benefit the client.
