This ADU is 370 sq ft, garage conversion with no addition. The ADU has a full-size kitchen, custom countertop, and high-end appliances and is lit by a skylight. The ADU has one medium size bedroom, with built-in closet spaces and a sliding door that leads to a big and spacious backyard. The ADUs' bathroom includes floor-to-ceiling tile, a tub, a vanity, and high-end finishes. The ADU will rent for $2,500 and will be an excellent secondary source of income for the homeowner.
Joseph Peretz and his team designed this ADU as a garage conversion. They also ran the permits through the City of Los Angeles Building and Safety (LADBS).

May I ask where you purchase the cabinet doors for the washer/dryer closet? Also, someone told me it was a requirement for the washer/dryer door to be a louvered door, but the one shown in this video is not.

Is a dishwasher not worth it or was it just not an option for the space this build had?
Unless we have a very big space, I don’t like a dishwasher. Remember we’re not cooking for a lot of people so a small sink in the dishwasher works well for the space.
For a working person, especailly if you work a lot of hours and odd shifts, it can be worth it. If you only have time to do a quick rinse during the week, you can put your dishes in there and then just hit start once it is full.

I usually get everything from Home Depot or Snyder diamond
