Wow, as a chef, this was so much fun to watch. The steps he took was totally straight out of the CIA(Culinary Institute of America ) cookbook. I love how he did not use the red wine to deglaze any pan. The real reason you add olive oil to butter is to increase the heat without burning the butter. But, you can just throw everything in at once. It doesn’t matter 😂 🎉🎉🎉🎉 l am going to add the John Segura to my special menu this weekend.
