  • Hello Friends! Today please join me in a full body intermediate level Pilates springboard flow! This workout will touch all areas of the body and include moving the spine in different directions for a balanced and strong body. There will be a special focus on the lower body and abdominals today. You may complete this workout using a Cadillac, Tower or Springboard.
    During this session, as always, feel free to adjust your springs as necessary for the equipment you are are working on and how you are feeling today. I will give some modifications for exercises, but as always please listen to your body and modify as necessary. Let's go!

    I'm in a Comprehensive Pilates training as a second career. All this is new so I'm grateful to have run across your online training. Springboard is serious especially with side lying series.

    So the only difference between this and the Cadillac is that you are on a floor mat verses the Cadilac. Still a newbie I teaching.Thanx I like that you go slow with instructions.

      Yes…the Cadillac is great for clients who can’t get all the way down to the floor…the Cadillac also has the addition of hanging trapeze exercises.
