In the city of lights, where shadows dance, Lived a poet, a Lizard King, in a trance. With words like fire, and a voice so bold, Jim Morrison's story, forever told. In Paris he wandered, through streets of old, A soul untamed, a spirit uncontrolled. The Lizard King, with eyes that gleamed, In the heart of the night, he dreamed. His verses flowed like rivers wild, A poet's heart, a rockstar's child. In the end, the city whispered his name, Jim Morrison, forever in the hall of fame. Gone too soon, but his legend lives, In every song, his spirit gives. The Lizard King, the poet's flame, In Paris, he found eternal fame.
I bought this on Blu-Ray years ago and my stupid DVD player had decided it couldn't play Blu-Ray anymore. So when I saw it here I realised I've never actually seen it. Jim is the closest thing I've had to a paranormal experience (like seeing a ghost or something). Hard to explain.. He just sort of pops up when I'm really isolated or depressed or whatever. He's hilarious if you listen to him enough. My theory is he's a Trickster Shaman.. A Sacred Clown 😊
The Doors, really if ya think about it there’s never been a band like them and there will never be a performer like Jim he was definitely one of a kind! And what most people don’t know is that he was one of the nicest people I have ever worked for even though I only had a few times with short contracts with him he was always very generous and appreciated the few things I was able to help the 23:3923:45 band with and was the only one of them who even mentioned it to me and at the time I was just a year younger than him but he never gave me the feeling that he thought I was to young to do what little I could being it was the end of my first year working for a record company Electra but after J. Morrison passed on and I went to a different record company - one last thing he did eat more chicken I had ever heard then or since! The Man just loved it anyway he could get it but always raw. (*•*)
It's amazing that you knew Dionysus in person. I first came across his poetry before, The Doors. He is the main reason I am a published author today. His word just lit a fire in my teenager heart, now 33 years later and I haven't stopped writing poetry.
He was definitely a one of a kind. With all the music people I worked with and for in various tours and live shows and lots of studio work with bands big and not so big but it didn’t matter to me it was all fun and I never really felt like I was working and I could hardly believe that I was getting paid so much for doing something that I loved. I suppose you must have felt some of that while writing your book. Do you think you could post the name of your book it has peaked my interest - (*•*) Thank You

These guys blow The Beatles out of the water. No race, not even in the same lane. Absolutely love The Doors!
El mejor baterista, Jhon Densmore, infravalorado.
Absolute genius ❤
De acuerdo
If I had one off ticket for time travel I wouldn't even use it, I'd give it to Dad so he could go back and re-live this again
Malam mingguan ngopi bersama the doors...👍
can you imagine bringing them back in a time capsule and having them perform at las vegas sphere for one night with the amazing visuals.. what an experience that would be

I'm cruising up Laurel Canyon in my minds, The Doors blasting on the radio as I head to Jim's apartment down the street from the corner store at Lookout Mountain.
WOW , AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FROM FINLAND !!!
I was at this concert, The Doors - Live at the Hollywood Bowl - July 5th, 1968, at the time its surreal poetry and musicality of this rock music group was a novelty full of rhythm, transcendence, mysticism, esotericism, more than an outstanding musical event, it was an unparalleled experience for the journey of the sensory senses of the doors of perception
@@livesjuris3032 OK , IN THAT TIME I WAS 7 YEARS OLD , SO ... MY FIRST BAND WAS URIAH HEEP , MAYBE 1973 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT !!! THE DOORS WAS COMING LATER TO ME !!!

Como el mecanismo del mejor reloj, todo funciona a la perfección en esta banda. El sonido más extraño, diferente y armonioso que jamás escuché. Genios 🙌
I was also there ' Outrageous ❤❤❤❤

Amazing
Tremendo 🔥
Too young to see live but thank you for the footage! Drifting back into safer waters so I can sing again.
Put everything in God's hands
I bought this on Blu-Ray years ago and my stupid DVD player had decided it couldn't play Blu-Ray anymore. So when I saw it here I realised I've never actually seen it.
Jim is the closest thing I've had to a paranormal experience (like seeing a ghost or something). Hard to explain.. He just sort of pops up when I'm really isolated or depressed or whatever. He's hilarious if you listen to him enough. My theory is he's a Trickster Shaman.. A Sacred Clown 😊
The build c. 7:00 through to c. 9:59 -- What a build! Pure genius, eat your hearts out U2...
We want the world baby! Doors rule!
I ❤ Jim
We all do!
Honestly the best 3 peace band yet.
Best always all.

The Doors, really if ya think about it there’s never been a band like them and there will never be a performer like Jim he was definitely one of a kind! And what most people don’t know is that he was one of the nicest people I have ever worked for even though I only had a few times with short contracts with him he was always very generous and appreciated the few things I was able to help the 23:39 23:45 band with and was the only one of them who even mentioned it to me and at the time I was just a year younger than him but he never gave me the feeling that he thought I was to young to do what
little I could being it was the end of my first year working for a record company Electra but after J.
Do you think you could post the name of your book it has peaked my interest - (*•*)
Thank You
" . . . And what most people don’t know . . . " ALWAYS some asshole thinks he has some hidden insight that escapes the common fan. Pathetic.
I have always had a soft spot for the door 🚪 ❤🤟❤️🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸⚡️
