(Yer man lifted his knees on the squat jump so his feet were very significantly higher - it isn't just a jump... )
Great video, very informative and clear! And overall fun aswell, starting to like this channel more and more, just normal people loving cycling. A lot of the Cycling RUclipsrs are either full-time cyclists, or full-time RUclipsrs, but this is great!

Dan needs to dress less like a ninja so we can see what the legs are doing .also side view profiles help a lot.. he’d be the best example to watch with best form..

The way to get better at riding your bike is by riding your bike more not doing this crap. Squats ? That’s one way if wrecking your legs ahead of your next ride. Mostly exercise for your legs, riding your bike does that.
Squats do not ‘wreck your legs’ 🤦♂️ I run, cycle, swim and gym & squat workouts are amazing for strengthening your glutes!
