Very Helpful. Thank you so much! I'm still facing an issue with another funnel that I can't find a solution. I have a questionnaire and I want to show the answers in a specific order. Is there a way to customize the way we sort it and make the order fixed?
Unfortunately the sorting options on this particular chart are limited. You can sort by the number of people making to each step, but not fixed steps in the process.
In some cases you can create a filter for that event that specifies the parameter. But you need to make sure that you've defined custom dimensions in GA4 for the parameters, otherwise that data won't be passed, even if it's being triggered in Google Tag Manager.
The biggest difference is that this is in Looker, rather than GA4. Some people either don't have access to GA4, or they don't want to have to play with the reports to get what they want. This is also much more customizable.
Thank you very clear and helpful
Thanks!

Thanks for this. But this is an 'open' funnel, right? How can I make this to a 'closed' funnel?
Yes, this example is an open funnel. Creating a closed funnel would be a bit involved, and probably necessitate some query building or case clauses.
Can you break an event down by parameters attached to an event?
In some cases you can create a filter for that event that specifies the parameter. But you need to make sure that you've defined custom dimensions in GA4 for the parameters, otherwise that data won't be passed, even if it's being triggered in Google Tag Manager.
How this funnel in LS different from Exploration funnel
