    Man…. I gotta tell ya, this, is the third morning I’ve done this and each time… ahhhh…. I cracked a stubborn hip that not even a chiropractic visit relieved. And this morning the other, cracked. Such release. 😅THANK YOU! 🙏🏼 Lacing up and ready for my run. 🏃

    I really love this practice! I have done it a few times, as I hate strength training as a runner hahaha but love yoga and I kind of feel you have provided both! Thank you :)
