This would be a decent pad for correcting (I assume we are looking at 3" pads for the milwaukee). amzn.to/4fkHD2k The orange is probably as heavy cutting as you would want to go or pick this kit up amzn.to/41B4AeK. It has multiple types of pads (Green/Yellow For Heavy Cut ,Orange For Medium Cut ,Blue For Light Cut ,Red For Finish Polish and Waxing). If you are doing a large section I would want to use at least a 7" and I like chemical guys for those. In the end you need a good compound and you have to be careful or you can make it worse than it is very easy. BTW, sorry it took me so long, I have been busy and I wanted to provide the best answer I could.
I never owned a polisher and probably never will, I don't want to learn on my vehicles so I do everything by hand. A lot of work though and not as professional 👍🏼

Yep, the hand polishing can get tiring. I do a lot of that also though, especially on my motorcycle
