Love the content! Visited Cuenca (drove there from Guayaquil and back) in summer 2022.loved it…except for being short of breath all the time…. My wife is originally from Ecuador-about an hour north from Guayaquil); we’ve been married for 30 years. We wish we’d spent more time in Ecuador with our three children (now all adults ranging from 25-29 years old) when they were younger-last time we were there as a family was in 2007. Life goes by quickly my friend. Cherish your time with your children!

Hornado but it sounds good. Do you like to read? If you do, if you know of any books that talk about Ecuador, could you recommend please? I love historical fiction, or any travelogues or books by local authors. I have a lot of followers from Costa Rica on my TikTok, so I know about Carmen lira, a Costa Rican, author, from them.

I want to visit Cuenca and wanted a hat😢 I also had the Airbnb issue in La Carolina but had Airbnb force them to fix and clean everything. They do me the same in not wanting to help but many say thats common in Ecuador. That you have to ask 4 help.. Many want our money, dont like foreigners but want to come to the US illegally. But its the same when I lived in Asia. They didnt like Americans but loved Canadians and Australians. The 2 countries that have lost most of their freedoms

We were not acting weird…we told our viewers to check out the hat museum for the history and the culture. And then we went and spent our time and money at the local market and supported small businesses their as well. And yes we do know what’s going on in Ecuador as we slow traveled and talked to many people. We hired tour guides and spoke to business owners across Ecuador.
