- Unique dialogue that Rook can have to convince Mythal to join you against the Elven gods with a single check. Only available if you are playing as a Dwarf and have completed all of Harding's questline up to the point where she has completed her Hero of the Veilgaurd Quest.

I really like this depiction of Mythal. Her presented attitude towards the Titans (regretful but not apologetic) is so compelling. She is self-assured and as prideful as the rest.
1. Wow that was a quick way to win Mythal Favor
2. Your Shield is almost at big as your Rook! its adorable
This is the only time I play a dwarf in DA games and I enjoyed it a lot. So much dwarf lore finally got explain and being a dwarf makes the impact even more greatly on a personal level.
Dwarven wardens can dream, but only nightmares! :-) thanks mythal!
That's very interesting, she actually looks remorseful for once.
This is interesting, I have seen the other way to convince her quickly is to defeat Anaris in Bellara's questline before talking to her, but this is way more interesting. Mythal seemed to be too prideful to give a direct apology, but she definitely felt remorse and wanted to make things right, and yelling her essence quickly was her way of apologizing to the dwarves and the world for her mistake
In my opinion, this is the most interesting of the 4 race-specific options.
His shield is so big omg
I had a lot of mixed feelings on DAV but they really good with the Dwarf dialog.
The lore Veilguard reveals about the dwarves was really compelling to me, even despite the bland writing in most of the game. Hope they don’t write off the Chantry just yet, since I always liked how the series treat their religious themes, but the origination story of the ancient Elves and how flawed of beings they all are, bound by their own whims and emotions was one of the best parts of the game for me. They really do feel like spirits, evem if writers seemed to have stepped away from some of the cool things Solas voiced in Inquisition. Honestly, I kind of just sped through some of the quests just wanting to see how the plot with Solas will unfold. Was actually wondering how being a Dwarf would affect the dialogue with Mythal after I got through it, too. Very cool! Thank you for sharing.
I agree. The writing throughout can struggle, but I think the broad plot and lore beats are actually not bad at all. And I do really like tying the Titans in with the Blight.
3:20 this part and her response makes me less fighty and more understanding lol cuz omg it irritated me convincing her 😅
hahaha that shield is hilarious on a dwarf
thats a good find
so 2 ways to get her to agree to help without much effort- either be a Dwarf, or defeat Anaris on Bellara's personal mission b4 meeting with Mythal
interesting. now if only I could figure out how to do sliders for a good looking female dwarf lol- although, I have gotten exceedingly fond of being a Mage and becoming a Necrotic Roomba on the battlefield lol
This dialog does make me wonder if Rook is canonically a dwarf? Or will be made so in the future?
It does feel more compelling than any other species.
Future? Its the end of the franchise, dragon age is dead .. it ended with Inquisition, this abomination doesnt deserve a sequel ..
@@ermac6501 Dude, if you hate it that much, why don’t you stop watching and commenting on these videos?
Personally I look forward to another game.
If you can’t stand it, well go play something you like.
If you can’t find anything you like, maybe you are actually the problem?
Or, I’ll do you one even better. If you think you can do better, go for it. Get into the industry, and create the change you want there.
Either way, the whiny b*tch act is so exhausting.
@@ermac6501 Inquisition is the Cutoff point in my mind as well
Shield is one dwarf size
Do you have to do another Harding quest to get the "I've felt the Titan's pain" option?
I went to speak to Mythal after the quest where she speaks to Valta but before I went to Weisshaupt and I don't have that option (I'm also playing a dwarf).
You need to complete "Heart of the Titan," where she goes to the Deep Roads for the second time. It happens quite a bit after Weisshaupt (though Harding's is the earliest questline to conclude)
@ Thank you for the info, I guess I’m doing too much too fast! I probably wasn’t meant to go through the revenant sealed door either…
morrigan being mythal just doesn't fit with what happened in inquisition. Flemmeth was mythal how did mnorrigan come to be mythal
.
Solas kills flemeth to absorb her power during the end credits if you pay attention
@ I remember now, he kills her.
Flemmeth gave Morrigan her memories after Morrigan went into the pool and when she gave her the ability to turn into a dragon
@@philosophicalpatriot1883thats based on choices in inquisition, not every one made morrigan drink, some elf inquisitors drank. Bioware did away with a lot of established lore
You answered your own question. Morrigan is NOT Mythal. She only has her memories. Morrigan remains 100% herself.
They shitcanned the flemeth version of mythal too?
Worst. Game. Ever.
