    Isaiah Thomas is going to be in HOF as well as the last IT. I'm not a Celtics fan, but I tune in to Celtics games just because I'm a fan of IT. He's got that oldskool HEART.

      This shit is a real sports story
      What are the chances some guy makes a bet during the nba finals pistons VS lakers that he'll name his son Isaiah Thomas if they lose, and then he ends up being one of the 450 best basketball players in the world haha

      @@nicoduran98 yeah, there was no bet involved in that but, you have less chance of being the heavyweight champ of the world than being an NBA player so that's even more of a gift for him and his dad

    • @Beleven
      @Beleven 7 лет назад +22

      It makes him happy to be who he is because of his basketball career, he gets to see young kids grow into superstars, asking him to sign they jerseys... everyone always try to do AI like that but just end up taking him out of context tryna make him sound dumb or high

      when you sent your entire career being told how much better you'd be if you were bigger. Having to justify being the best player on your team forever,then spend the rest of your prime as trade bait. Thats sweet irony when iverson is watching IT

No wonder he didn't get a ring and was bounced around from one team to another about halfway in his career. Great athlete, but a narcissistic illiterate cancer to have for any serious contending team.

    Like many people, I shook my head over and over and said "What!?" while watching TV when I heard the name Isaiah Thomas when he was playing for the University of Washington. I immediately assumed that he may have been Isiah's son. When a fellow fan told me he was not, I continued to watch the game with awe as IT continued to drain big bucket after big bucket down the stretch of that PAC-10 game I was watching. I said to one of my buddies after IT helped UW win that game....Isaiah will be a solid pro one day. My buddy didn't believe in Isaiah's hype. I'm glad Isaiah's making it in the NBA.

    With the history Isiah Thomas has with the Celtics. It is kind of ironic that Isaiah Thomas, who was named after him is now a Celtic. :O)
    Damn, its really cool to hear it from the source. IT mentioned his conversations with AI, and what a great player AI thinks he is. Its different hearing it from the Answer himself. That was pretty awesome man.
    "Ay look, look. This is what it is right here. You know what I mean. Like, this is what made me so happy, about me being me. Cus little killaz like that, grow up, to be the real killaz. You know what I mean. This is it right here man. This is the future baby. This the future, straight like that."
    Its great to see the relationship, and admiration that IT & the Answer have for each other. Words & moments like that can be very powerful, and make a big impression on somebody. I wouldn't be surprised if its part of the catalyst of why IT is having such a tremendous, and career year, this year.
    I'm sure players like AI, were a huge inspiration to IT, making him want to play the game, and made him think that he can play at the NBA level. I always enjoyed watching AI play, and he was an inspiration for me too. It was really cool to see that.

    Isaiah Thomas is a monster for Boston and the future is bright for him. But it's almost not fair to compare his game/career to A.I. and the other Isiah Thomas. They played in different eras where it's easier for a small guy now. The spacing and ticky tack foul calls make it easier for the 5'9"s' to do their thing. I wish I could see A.I. play in today's league with his handles and hops that he had. But no doubt...Isaiah is the future.
