The flower outfit was pure magic. Absolutely. The sheer overdress was brilliant. And I liked the ribbon you chose to wear. You also styled the silk dress very well all the way down to the purple boots. Those boots helped "ground" the flow of silky material in the dress. The color and flow of the tiered dress is exactly you. If I saw that dress, I would think of you. Finally, I appreciate your suggestion to pair "party clothes" with something casual. I've thrifted a lot of great sequin clothes but haven't worn them. I'll try pairing one of the sequin jackets with my jeans. And, I regret now not buying essentially a t-shirt of gold-sequins yesterday at GoodWill. Could have been a great layering piece.
I love thrifting items that are whimsical and not traditional, or contemporary. But I get home and don’t know how to style them. So they just sit and I admire them and wish I could be creative enough to create outfits like you do? You're so adorable and fun! And I want you to know that you've had an influence on me. For years, I always declined going to thrift stores because I couldn't find anything 2X. But I live in a poor community, so quality finds in extended sizes aren't easy here. However, a friend who thrifts/resells for a hobby (in a very nice area not far away) insisted, and I went out thrifting with her and found a couple of plus-size tops! Amazing. Now, she's been shopping for me too, is bringing me awesome stuff, and I've even bought some things off Poshmark. Almost everything still had tags! I'm a convert!

Oh, you just styled everything beautifully! I love love love the marigold-colored floating dream of a dress with the floral blouse and precious pink platforms! Wow! I love the sweet floral short dress with the sheer dress overlay. Just gorgeous. And the pink blouse, citrine underblouse, and floral skirt. (Big fan of florals here!) I especially love the Boho white blouse + white flowy skirt + brown vest and boots and hat outfit, too. That is soooo my style, so it might be my favorite. Great job!
I am 65 years old 5 ft tall plus size lady I love alit of your crazy pieces. I was a teenager of the 70s so u can guess where my style comes from. My kids and grandkids think I'm funny for liking the old styles my problem is that being short and weighing 175. I'm not sure how t style t help me look on the thinner size I love dressers and skirts and funky colors any suggestions

The first short outfit is really cute . Love the white on white. Love orange pants no to the boots. No check dress. The green outfit is perfect. Camouflage pants great. Orange check dress adorable. Pretty floral outfit. Jump suit hanging out. I would wear the pink shirt and flower skirt this is the best. The boots makes the outfit. What a perfect outfit for spring makes me happy. I love how you tie a small not in the t-shirt over a dress. I would love to do that but I'm plus size with a large stomach. I struggle with feeling self-conscious about my stomach showing. I'm going to have to play with this styling idea cause it's awesome. Thank you :D

@thebarefoothobbit we didn’t use a pattern - she drafts her own, so she just made a bodice and then doubled the amount of fabric for every tier
