Once upon a time, there was an elf called Bellarcaus and he adored and idolized Santa. But Christmas took up all of Santa’s time, so that made him despise the holiday. He went public about this and he rallied an army. The elves broke out and started demolishing the stables and injuring the reindeer. The elves who were not part of the army were shocked and put up a huge fight but they were overwhelmed and forced to retreat. One of the elves, Sadnar, tipped Santa off and then Santa came out with the remaining elves who had been empowered by drinking the Elixir of Oftornug, which gave them the strength of an ox. Then, the revolutionaries were destroyed. Bellarcaus was shocked. Then, Santa threw him out, and legend has it, he roams the Strokkur forest around Santa’s village.
Carol of the bells was the anthem of the revolution.
