    Great video! My Mom did all sorts of needlework, and I never paid much attention to the mechanics, just the finished product. Now I realize what a labor of love it was for her.

      Naomi Nolan same thing here she taught me when I was 8 once and then passed away 6 months after. It’s been many years now and I really want to learn again :)

    Thank you for a tutorial for beginners that can be viewed and stopped as needed so a beginner work along with the video. This is one of the best videos I have seen for teaching the basic stitches.

    I am just 11 and i started embroidery just a few days back....
    The first video I saw was this video and I learnt the art in just a few hours and after that I am seeing your video sever since ☺️
    I really liked the way you explained everything and your designs , videos and voiceover is really good....
    I tried and did almost everything that you showed and absolutely loved it❤️
    I did a lazy daisy on a plain hanky and my mom loved it 😀...

    thank you so much . its been few years since i did candlewick embroidery and would u believe i had forgotton how to do the stem stitch 🙄 every other stitch came back to me but that one , so im on a roll now making a quilt for my first granchild due in June super excited 🥰😍

    Thank you. It's been years since I embroidered. Sat down and did it. This jogged my memory and you have a sub! I have many cross stitch and embroidery patterns and i cannot wait to try this. Plus, your running stitch had me able to make a fur pom pom since I don't know how to sew at all. Love love love this tutorial.

    I used to try to do embroidery with my grandmother when I was about 7-8 years old. I am interested in starting again and this was so helpful!!! I love that you slowed the stiches down enough that I could really see what you were doing. Thank you so much for posting.

    Lovely stitching! I used to do hand embroidery and have been watching a lot of floss tube lately. Going to grab a needle and some floss. Thank you for your demonstration. Wished there was you tube years ago when I used to embroidery. So much easier when you can see the stitch being made rather than read how to do.
