  • This 12-minute Pilates-inspired balance & stability circuit has been HUGE in helping me bounce back since my ankle injury. I’ve been doing it (nearly) every day for the past few months as part of my morning movement routine. It helps in 3 ways:
    1. It emphasizes triple extension (ankles, knees & hips), which is vital for both athletic and everyday movements.
    2. It builds strength, stability, and mobility in the ankles without added load or weights, so it's safe and convenient for almost everyone.
    3. The core is integrated in every movement, which develops total body (dynamic) stability and helps improve posture.
