@kandycid100 if you compete you have to use diuretics and they are awful for your mental health, anxiety and kill most of the bodybuilders due to heart issues. You have no idea what you are talking about. It’s a lifestyle choice that nobody else can make for you and there is no right or wrong choice here, it’s a personal choice due to the dangers. Facts
