Thanks so much for the perfect lesson on the 6 stroke roll!! This opens up a whole new world for me and is a great trick to ad to the bag😉 Thanks so much for sharing Happy New Year🎉
Why do you have so few subscribers? Together with "drumeo" you are the best channel i have ever found! Thx so much for these cool lessons/cymbal- or headcomparisons! Keep it up!
Thanks. Those were two great lessons on the 6 stroke. It is always 1/2 mental and 1/2 physical for me. Right now I'm still just working it out on the practice pad. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'm at about a 2. Takes me a while. My left hand is a little bit stupid. Plus I originally learned how to play with a traditional grip. Sure wish I would have started learning with a matched grip sometimes. It's hard to switch when your muscle memory is working against you.
Hey, I am working on those. But progress I achiveing is so slow I'm upset. I hardly manage to keep 80bpm 16th triplets solid and i'm learning this for a year! I think that unability in the two stroke roll diddleing is the issue. So i would recomend everybody to work on this aspect as well. To diddle it not playing single. And playing hihat chick during excersise is also necessary. Second thing that i missed.
I loved these 2 vids, especially the last bit. You would really Dig the opening soundtrack of the movie Dirty Harry by Lalo shifferin. It sounds a lot like that. A Funky hi hat groove with some cool fills.Have a listen. Thanks. BTW Lalo also did Opening music for Bruce Lees Enter the Dragon movie, as well as many other movies. No one plays that kind of music any more.
