I have got myself one of those. Something important: After use, preferably rinse all the parts, especially the collector tank, and leave them for drying before mounting the unit together. Don't store it with a wet collector tank as the humidity will enter the electronic circuitry and damage the internal battery. I have seen a repair service video for a unit like this that didn't work, and the reason was that the internal battery was damaged by humidity.

I think need a smaller washer head to match the small suction head. As you showed the smaller panes of glass in the door, the washer head won't fit that x
Good point Sharron. You would have to use a smaller microfibre pad or cloth if the cleaning pad is too big for the panes.

I am wondering if you've tested using it upside down? Is it throwing water trough the motor?
No, I hadn't used it upside down before so I've just tried it. The waste water tank was over half full but it still didn't appear to leak when used upside down.

I just tried my one but i am having problem while doing edges of the frame.
Wv2 does not vacuum edges,is this normal?
I've just checked mine and it was fine on the edge of the pane by the frame. It could be that the rubber seal between the frame and glass is lifting the rubber on the WV2 slightly off of the glass at the edge. You could possibly try applying a bit more pressure towards that side to keep it in contact with the glass. Good luck 🙂

It is designed for cleaning flat surfaces so I don't think it would be very good for cleaning a couch

We have a thin layer of black mould on the wallpapered walls in our back room. Would this be suitable for cleaning off the walls with a bleach solution so that we can just paint over it afterwards?
To be honest, I don't know. It will suck up the liquid and I'm pretty sure that the bleach solution won't damage the window vac but I would rinse it down afterwards. Good luck!

It shouldn't do Steve. Check that the bottle is fitted correctly.
unfortunately everything is mounted correctly... VW1 was leaking, so i returned it... got the vw2, and does the same... @@bigtedshome
