Thank you Priya ji, I was looking for a topic named "Functions which may be delegated and which cannot be delegated". Finally, I discovered that you have made a video on "Permissible Delegation" which is nothing but functions that can be delegated by the legislature to the executive. You way of explanation along with valuable case laws and supporting notes works as add-ons along with Prof. I.P. Massey's and Justice C.K.Takwani's Administrative Law. Best Wishes. Khwaja Ram.
Dear madam , I have been listening your all classes on Administrative Law! Your presentations are amazing & have been covering topics quite interestingly & impressively !! Keep it up 👍!!! God bless you !!!! However, my suggestions to you are as follows : Your teaching is very fast , some students may not catch ! A teacher need to repeat the points which are essential for the student to focus & remember for ever with out reading the book ! I think if you make it slow , you need to increase the video length/ time ! Ok I let it be ! You know certain professionals are making 1 to 7 hours video !! Any how I am impressed with your classes ! God bless you to become more& more effective professional! Good luck 🤞! PMadhavaRao
Really glad to know that you found all the videos on Administrative Law helpful. Thank you so much! 😊 I will try to slow down my pace but as you said the length of the video will increase along with that. But I will try to come up with a solution that strikes a balance between the both. Keep supporting! 😊
You teaching style is really suprb After videos is so much valuable and interesting. Thank you so much for important lecturers. Please also share video on few topics of taxation, labour law and company law. IPC crpc and UP police regulation act, Indian evidences act
@@LegalFly yes, you video is fulfilling my requirement for study. Would be great if you can make videos on UP APO subjects. Which coaching /book should i prefer?
In Hamdard Dawakhana v. Union of India (1960), commencement and inclusion functions were given to the executive. Guessed as I have watched your video of conditional legislation, but I might be wrong 😄.
Yes, you are almost right. The case is related to the power of inclusion that is given to the executive. The interesting part is that in this case, the power of inclusion was given without any proper guidelines or standards 😊
Maam your content is really really good tough I am sorry if it sadens you but please if you could short videos 5-8 minutes . In my case if I had half an hour I would have read the topic directly from the book. Sorry maam it's just my personal opinion
Good morning Mam, mam I have a doubt. Mam, if Centre/union/Union govt/Central govt all are same then why is it said that 'Parliament has given power to central govt for so n so work', central govt consists of Parliament then how Parliament can give powers to central govt? Or is it like when parliament gives power to executive we can say it as 'parliament has given power to central govt because central govt also consists of executive'... Mam, am totally confused. I need your help.
This is going to be quite difficult to explain in the comment box, but let me try my best. There are three organs of the government: Legislature (Enacts law), Judiciary (Interprets law) and Executive (Implements law). The head of the executive is the President followed by Vice-President, Ministers and various departments. There are various departments or ministries which are formed to deal with one or the other area like Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. If the statute says that the power is given to the central government to make an order or rules it means that the power is given to the executive to make the same.We can say that it is specifically focusing on the ministry under which the matter of the statute comes in, like Environment Protection Act says that the central government is having the powers to make rules, then it is the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, boards, bodies and officers coming under it; Drug and Cosmetics Act gives power to the Central Government to make rules, then it is the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Drug and Technical Advisory Board coming under it is to consulted.
