Hi Arion, I'm not sure if you'll see my message, I hope you do, but I'm modeling a jaw opening device for a dairy cow (for tooth inspection), and it uses a lever arm connected to small driving spur gear, which is connected to a larger driven spur gear, for mechanical advantage. I also have a crank wheel sandwiched to the small drive spur gear and a double pawl (one for driving and one for locking) so that I can crank the lever arm through an upwards then downwards arc, 5 times to gradually open the cow's lower jaw. I am designing it in NX2306, and wish to do a motion analysis on the assembly when it's interfaced with a 3d model of a cow skull upper & lower jaw assembly. Do you think you may be able to help me set-up the motion analysis? Thanks, Scott

We are adding time dependent load. Then why static simulation? And stresses shown here is at which second?
That's great
good !
