Embracing discomfort is a key part of being masculine. Our testerone levels are decreasing because we live in a world of comfort. I got my t levels tested recently and I was at 300, now I'm on a journey to reach 1000 and I'm documenting this journey on RUclips to inspire young men. We're done feeling depressed, lazy, unmotivated, awkward with women, etc... From a lack of testerone, it's time to take back our lives now
@@redwall9564 So what do you want? To have LOW Test and be lazy? You're worrying about things that will happen anyway depending on your genes. Testosterone itself doesn't directly cause hair loss. DHT does.
@@redwall9564 Yes… but if you have low T that’s usually people who are lazy and are inside. You will have Low T if you don’t get sunlight and eat properly and that’s what happens in this generation.
@@IssaMeZane Don't be naive. It's not only about testosterone. Yes, a balanced testosterone supports your bodily functions. But it's not only testosterone that helps your overall well being. There are a lot of people with normal testosterone levels and still struggling to get up from bed.
Let not the Lord’s blessings drive you away from Him in comfort, but take time to fast. Accept Christ in His fullness (not just the joy but also the suffering) so that you will stand in the day of your distress. Amazing video. God bless.
iv struggled with this .... i work in an extremely busy kitchen and have been for the past 9 years ... i sleep well at night knowing i worked as hard as i can and helped others around me as much as i can every day .. but that in itself can become and endless loop ... hence the 9 years ... im learning that being a hard worker and experiencing discomfort is a good thing but it can also leave you in a stagnant state of "someones got to do it" thinking. or even mask challenges and changes in your life that you know you need address because in all other aspects you rise to the occasion. in my case i think even tho im dealing with discomfort daily.. there is a point where you stop learning or growing and its time to set your sights on something new and challenging .. keep the ball rolling! as always .. love the content! and thank you !
This is such a powerful video. Actively seeking discomfort or challenges leaves the brain to develop new neural networks - solve problems, see new ideas. This needs to be a habit but we are social media prisoners
Thank you Ryan , five years ago I endured a natural disaster that endured for five months(lava bled 360 around my home) , it led me to adopt a stoic lifestyle, since then I’ve endured worse hardships, each time strengthening my resolve to stay on the path( getting cancer being one of the best teachers, I no longer have time for negative thinking) Everyday I thank life for all my challenges, looking forward to whatever else I can overcome.”The obstacle is the way” Mahalo!
This animation is one of the best infographic I have ever seen. I really started to appreciate this channel. All these day I was just watching it passively but this just hits different.
Been practicing this philosophy in my life every single day these days. Even in my professional practice, I'm seeing more and more clients that i give this advice to; we all need to keep putting ourselves out of our comfort zones in order to develop true growth and success.
Love your stuff Ryan. I needed to here this now, I’m stuck working a dead end job and am trying to learn how discipline myself to hopefully achieve a better life someday. Thanks 🙏
I agree. I’ll add that we should seek mental discomfort to work to solve the large energy problems we have. Also how to use less farm land to preserve nature.
Every summer i take off around the country for few weeks on my motorcycle. I travel alone and have no set plan.i have a postit note on my windshield that says "practice discomfort" . I'll be doing a painting soon for my apartment with the saying. Everyday I look to practice being comfortable in what could be an uncomfortable situation
We get motorcycles coming to our pretty area every year and it’s loud but it’s also exciting to see the groups- and the lone bikers - I do realize many saved for years sometimes to do these trips .
Wow. I had to listen to this twice because the first time around I was too focused on the animation. I’m so used to stock videos being used on RUclips that it caught me off guard to see something so well done. Fantastic work to your team who created this.
This is amazing, very good quality scenes and amazing story as well. The message can really help someone’s life out tremendously! Keep going. Respect and love
I have been following you for some time, bought a couple of your books and always liked the energy you seem to ooze in your videos, but quite frankly, I am not convinced this CGI animation stuff is the way to go. We are already confronted to machines and virtual beings all day long, having humans to interact with is more important than ever... The message, however is as always spot on. I think my life has been stoic and I didn’t realize it was unique - my dad and mom were like this ! My dad took cold showers daily. Mom never stopped doing nice things for my dad and the family and her neighbors ! True Christian people are very stoic but also very warm and loving . I miss them all the time .
Imagine having everything and losing it all. All my luxuries and freedom traded for serving my country. I hoped and prayed not to get sent to Iraq but got the golden ticket. Stoicism helped me see the good during tough times. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
Great video but i liked the ones you did personally better. Can you please do a long with new content video about how to prepare oneself for hardships. Thanks a lot you are a great teacher yourself
Use great ideas to build yourself into a man of strength and character, a man of your word, skilful and with a purpose that serves the ones around you. If you enjoy ideas about masculinity and mastery, I invite you to explore the videos I share on the Mastery Order Channel. Challenge yourself with some concepts about manhood, explore your masculine potential to the maximum and become the kind of man you would admire. We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own opinions so that others can benefit from them as well. Looking forward to your points of view. All the best to you!
Does anyone know a website where I can grab these kinds of images and visualizations? It would be nice to download them in 4k and use them as a wallpaper and visual reminder as well.
