I still remember when I got full background pack with this beautiful ambient on my PS4. Sometimes I was just vibing in this in the main menu. This game was different, it was special and still is
I don't think it's changed that much - they just really nailed everything about FarCry 5 from the soundtrack to the setting to the ambience. I'm sure they could do it again.
Y'all said the same thing about FC4, FC5 when they came out. Same thing about FC6... And you know what? All three games were awesome, delivering what they promised, addictive gameplay and jaw dropping visuals. Gamers are like a bunch of whiny children who can never be satisfied.
All that's missing from this game is weather variation. Give me foggy mountain mornings. Maybe a bit of calm drizzle. Throw in a lightning storm at midnight. And of course, don't forget the rain
@@Mr2010forgeben pretty much the only visible weather variation you could play off of in southwest Montana ( location of Hope county) is fog and snow. They might have needed to completely avoid the winter months because then all you will have is just miles and miles of knee deep snow. That would involve re-texturing every bit of land, tree and building in Hope county which is way too much work ( since you constantly zip around the different regions in helicopters or prop planes). Other than that there is really no rain or thunderstorms or even wild winds or tornadoes (barring some small ones) in Montana, so there was really not much scope for weather effects. Although you're right, they could have used fog in certain missions to enforce stealth rather than sniping from afar.

I hear so many people saying this game sucked. I loved it. It was not the most innovative but certainly better than the games we have now.
