Trains at: Nuneaton, WCML, 22/08/16

- An excellent evening spent at Nuneaton on the West Coast Mainline where we see plenty of services from Virgin Trains, London Midland, Cross Country and various freight from Freightliner and DB Cargo UK. The freight was insane I caught countless services throughout this film including 2 beautiful Class 70's
This is a station that I'm always going to be coming back to as there is always something good to catch here, my next station is going to be Coventry, I did say that I would be going to Hampton-In-Arden but unfortunately my main recording device broke whilst I was filming there so unfortunately all of the stations In between Birmingham International and Coventry wont be filmed at. After Coventry I will be filming at Cathiron.

I do love the sound of those class 350s when they are arriving and leaving they sound so good and also that 70 was shor clagging its way out of the station so amazing wish I was there to see it would make me so happy
That 70 was certainly a sight to behold

I love Nuneaton, haven't been there for years! The amount and variety of freight there is brilliant I do agree. That 70 was the highlight for me though! 😀 Nice video!
I love coming to this station. There's always something good here no matter when you come. The 70 was definitely the highlight for me that day

Brilliant Nuneaton Train Spotting! :-) Again the 11 coach Pendolinos are my favourite. But I also love the Freight passing including that 70 thrashing black smoke. Long Summer Days and evening daylight make your Summer Videos! :-) Wrexham General is also the name of their Hospital unless I'm wrong.
I never get bored of filming here. Always a great variety of traffic passing through
I used to go on the train to be shunted from Inverness and back it was very good fun and these were the days
3 freight in one clip, then 2 more not so long later, It is great to see so much freight being moved by rail, It is probably quicker and defnetly more enviro friendly, This is a wonderful film, like from me Jarred

When that 390 came through after the claggy 70, it gave a 3 tone, not a 2 one. Still some good tones though!

Apparently some stations in Hertfordshire are very good for pendolinos at speed.

I didn't think Virgin Trains stopped there any more
They only do in peak times and evenings. Off-peak, they don't stop there at all.

why do you like the 70 so much
It's because of it's design, power and the incredible noise it makes when passing at speed, even trundling it has a nice grumble to it
