@dianewilliams7888 My first Oklahoma tornado experience was in Lawton, 78 or 79. Shortly before moving to Oahu and experiencing tropical storms and a hurricane 😏
Definitely a shift in where tornadoes are popping up. I live in Oklahoma and was surprised that last year Oklahoma had half the number of tornados for 2023 that Illinois had experienced by August of 2023. Meanwhile we are experiencing less and less rain here. I went home to Florida and saw more rain in a week than I did for about half a year in Oklahoma City.
People will eventually get sick of dealing with this weather BS and demand change to the energy sector of the world economy. If they ain't there already.
Around 50-70 volcanoes erupt massive amounts of trash in the air every year. These events can change weather patterns globally. We are merely barley bips on the radar in the grand scheme of things. Stop listening to the corrupt media and educate yourself.
Unfortunately nobody is going to demand for change. They love the warm weather and don't want it any other way. They literally just don't care, so we won't see any change on that front.
i was 11 when a tornado hit my neighborhood. this was in 96. every house in our neighborhood was destroyed but ours. it ripped our roof off, and i still have no idea how i survived.

I feel terrible for everyone caused damage by these tornados. But man, tornados are STUNNING and extremely interesting natural phenomenon.
And to think that all this is going on in what should be the coldest month of the year
Mmmmm no, that's January. February is when winter starts to "migrate" back north for the summer season.
@@Religious_man On average it can be the coldest month or a close 2nd. as the 3rd week in January is where it bottoms out.
@Religious_man Trying to justify 70 degree temps and tornados in February?

Apparently no one here lived through the 1970's.
My dad did. He still lived in N. Illinois and he told me a blizzard struck the region in April of 1976. I guess no one but him still remembers that.
It’s February not April-June

I know in Des Moines, Iowa in 74 we had 4 ft of snow while Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky had a massive tornado outbreak the next week.

Oklahoma has decided to burn down instead with last year's and Monday's both. Or split apart via earthquake.
