Hi there. I would be very interested to see an updated video of IAF versus VAF given that VAF is not paying any dividend or distribution this quarter, for the 1st time ever since it's inception back in 2012. It seems pointless to me owning a fixed interest etf product that isn't paying any dividends for the quarter. That being said I have a 90% growth, 10% income portfolio and VAF only represents 3%, so I'm not overly phased or upset about it but I would enjoy somebody like yourself doing some sort of analysis discussing why VAF is not paying a dividend this quarter. Thank you

Why all of them have negative returns in the last 3y?
Interest rates seem to be close to peaking and it seems like a good time to get into Bond ETF's. Would be good to get others thoughts? I'm leaning to VAF.
ASX: IAF, -6.64% , Vaf -8.97% & BOND -6.94% , AGVT -15.84 for 5 years! Which opposite direction you are referring ? When share market go sh#$, it all go sh#%&!. Simple. No fancy dreams mate!
You are right, bonds don't always move in the opposite direction to shares, particularly during a period of rising inflation. This is one reason we also include gold in our portfolios. In 2022, gold in AUD was up even though shares and bonds were down - blog.stockspot.com.au/buy-gold/
