That's their mom/wife! In the games lore, the closer you are to the person the stronger they are as zombies. So... being both a wife and mother...I can imagine her being ridiculously strong.

Inferna Blossom well zombies in this game are nothing like any other zombies in any other form of media... So if they make a sequel it'll probably be about either a new threat entirely or having everyone else try to escape from ma's gut...well, I mean it's the only way to continue the story with the same characters that and with the supposed bad ending they seemed to keep emphasizing her mouth when she spoke and they shot it like she swallowed them instead of just biting them I maybe she did it that way cause she still clearly has her memories of her friends and loved ones but honestly I dunno either ending could point to a potential sequel pretty much anyway you look at it so I dunno
