This is the best video I've seen on how polished concrete is done. Thank you!

cool video. diamatic sells a low gloss additive you can add to their guard/sealer to make it low gloss. it dulls it down completely.

What do you recommend to remove adhesive from carpet on concrete.
The customer wants the concrete back
Is it necessary to use those fancy tools

If you want the patches to be a closer match sometimes we add small amounts of grout to our patch. Specifically unsanded grout to get it closer to the color of the original slab. Not a big deal but we’ve had customers complain and make a really big stink in the past. Now we do it on every job just to avoid negative feedback.

You can use epoxy for patching and repairing cracks and craters in your floor, or you could use hardx, imo just use the epoxy the shine it gives the floor is unreal especially when you take time with your grinds
