    This video needs two thumbs up. Very well done!
    I am going to do a pre-cast top and I will grind and polish it but not without learning everything as I have zero experience. This video was amazingly helpful. Thank you.
    Your country code, 63 as I read it, is the Phillipines. Not that it matters but my father's first overseas deployment was to the Phillipines (60+ years ago). He spoke well of the country. Regardless if I'm wrong about the country phone code, wherever you are, it looks beautiful (at least what we saw of where you did the bench and table).
    I especially appreciate the inclusion of the Christian song in there by the Planetshakers.
    Finally, your vocabulary is very good. Maybe you could come to Los Estados Unidos and teach some to my fellow countrymen. Please.
    Your comment about starting your business with one grinder is moving and motivating. That warehouse/big-box store is obviously an incredible job to get hired for. Somewhere I got this saying: don't despise the days of small beginnings. You've been blessed and have done well.
    Thank you again for this video. God bless you as well.

      Sir, thank you so much for the kind and positive comments. Yes, we are from the Philippines, and US English is being taught at school. My overseas experience is pivotal to my conversive English.
      I'm glad to know that this video made a significant impact on those who do not have experience with polished concrete. We started without someone teaching us the tricks of the trade, and there's only quite a few indepth guide on how to do them, the reason why we made such.
      God bless you, sir. I am praying and forward to seeing your progress.

    • @cebupolishedconcreteandmor8907
      @cebupolishedconcreteandmor8907  2 месяца назад +1

      It's a 150 grit sir. But depending on the pourousity and the compressive strength, you can apply after 100 to 200 grit. The more porous your concrete is you apply at 100 to 150 grit

    Hello, why is the Densifier not applied after the final lustHydrolock #4 ? Doesnt polishing remove the densified concrete ?
    Also, why is the hydrolock better suited than the densifier to water seal the concrete ?

    • @cebupolishedconcreteandmor8907
      @cebupolishedconcreteandmor8907  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hello sir. Densifiers basically add strength to the concrete. Thus, it also helps add luster to the polishing process. HydroLock, on the other hand, is designed to effectively seal the concrete and add more luster to the surface once the burnishing process is done. If you apply densifiers at a higher grit it will not be effective and will leave a thin film on the surface that is difficult to burnish. Hope this answers your question 😀

      A little furry piece of cloth (like some cheap clothing material from a sewing shop) over the mic hole would take care of that a lot. But the value of everything you showed and shared make the wind noise hardly a notable problem. I think the mic covers are called "mic fluffies" in the movie industry. Maybe. I'm wrong sometimes. Thank you po maam sa positive feedback. Actualy madulas po siya kung kayo po ay mag aapply ng topical sealer (clear coating). Kaya nga po ginawa po namin na mag formulate ng mga penetrating treatments to address the question po of polished concrete being slippery. May mga videos po tayo sa channel na to na tinesting po natin kung madulas nga po ba ang gawa natin na high gloss polished concrete 😀 naging test dummies po tayo kasi maraming nagtatanong hehe

      @@cebupolishedconcreteandmor8907 Hey brother could you please help me with
      this one. I pre wet the floor sprayed the grout
      and grouted using #120 metal diamonds at
      slow speed made it into a slurry left it
      overnight and next day unable to fully remove
      the grout. There is still plenty of dark patches.
      I also tried another way of pre wet and
      sprayed grout but this time at 650 rpm(which
      is recommended by the equipment's
      manufacturer for#120 metal) had to use more
      material and the grouting's not proper. What
      do you find wrong in my methods/ is there any
      other way which you would suggest. Btw the
      concrete is soft and very porous and fully
      exposed. Thanks

      Hello sir. There is no definite answer to that as it is subject to concrete quality, the preparation done, and how skillful the user using the grinder or machine. But as per experience it can cover at least 40-100 sqm on a hand held grinder.

      Hello sir. For normal job mix it takes 4 weeks for the concrete to fully cure. You can start polishing counters in 3 weeks but for concrete floors, we wait until the designed curing time is reached.
