Channels like yours have made me love my chubby cheeks in this age of snatched jaw and high cheekbones. I realize it’s actually youth-enhancing asset as I grow older. 💙
I love Sculptra, I recently had lost 75 pounds and had lost a lot of volume in my face. Over the past year I’ve had 8 vials of Sculptra and I’m thrilled with the results. Plus my skin has never looked healthier even at the age of 59.
i didn't even know you could use sculptra on the face! i've lost almost 100 lbs and am noticing some hollowing and this is a game changer for me for sure. you deserve way more subs.
Yes you can, it’s actually the only FDA approved area and the first area in which Sculptra was first used. Let me guess, did you think it could only be used on the buttocks or thighs because there are so many videos about treating those areas?
I was skeptical of injectables but I am glad I learned about sculptra. I really appreciate that it will be my own body building up the area, and that it will feel and move just like a natural face should. My question is should someone who gets sculptra done take any supplements to promote collagen?
I had my first 2 vials of sculptra 6 weeks ago I did have a 2 small bumps appear on my temple and jawline. However these have been addressed by my injector and I am now looking forward to my next appointment. At 68 I am extremely happy with my results and am looking forward to the next session.
Thanks for sharing your story! Did your bumps go away on their own or with massage? I’m glad you are loving your results and look forward to futures sessions.
@@NaturalInjector Unfortunately I don't. They are still there but not noticeable and have reduced considerably. It hasn't deterred me from having another session.
@@ksharp6694 that’s good I’m sure with time you wont develop as many as your tissue thickened. I felt more nodules in the begging of my Scultpra journey but not anymore.
Wow, I went to a dr. to get help for facial asymmetry. I was terrified to get filler so I never went back. I pray that Sculprta can help it seems incredible, I had no idea it was different to filler.... omg!!! Thanks for your video x
Yes it’s very different from filler even though a lot of people call it a filler. That’s why I thought it was important to make a few videos to explain it more in depth
For me, Jennifer Connelly looks infinitely more beatiful when she's older than in her youth. I love seeing the definition in her facial structure as she matures. Chubby cheeks may look more youthful, but that doesn't necessarily make them more attractive.
Very true. I agree that chubbier cheeks and more fullness doesn’t always make someone more attractive. Too much fullness in the face causes lack of definition. I feel she would probably be most attractive in between the 2 video comparisons. Some ppl really like a more structured face but I feel too much structure makes faces appear too harsh and it loses it’s softness. She’s beautiful either way though.
@@NaturalInjectorThank you for educating us‼️ My 35 yr old cousin had 5 vials & 7 months later - her face looks round & fat, is that possible with sculptra??
@@DW... 5 vials. Interesting. I have never seen or heard of anyone looking unnatural from Sculptra s it stimulates your own collagen with looks and feels like your own skin, because it is. It can give you a more rounded look for sure, because you are restoring collagen. When we are younger, like in our twenties, we tend to have rounder features, depending on your aging category. Fat is kid of subjective also. So I would have to see how your cousin looked before and how she looks now to give my opinion. Did your cousin gain weight? I always ask this to my Scultpra patients when I am assessing their photos because weight definitely effects the face. You may find this video helpful 👉 ruclips.net/video/kfIXn-jo31Q/видео.html
@@NaturalInjector She didn't gain weight, also had filler in her face prior to all her sculptra - maybe that is why? She hates it now & is doing face massages everyday...

After watching your videos, I had Sculptra injected into my temples that left me with big nodules that look like horns. My doctor flushed them with saline 3 times with no improvement. Recently she treated them again with a cocktail of hyaluronidase and steroid with no improvement. Can you please recommend anything else to dissolve them? I'm desperate and crying daily from this deformity 😭😭😭
@@NaturalInjector Yes, I seriously look deformed. I don't know the dilution but I'll ask next week when I go in for my 5th flushing appointment. Thank you for offering ideas to fix it, I appreciate it and will suggest them to my doctor.
@@honeybadgernasty No problem I’m so sorry this happened to you it’s very, very rare. It would be beneficial to know the dilution and also ☝️ WHEN the vial was reconstituted.
@@honeybadgernasty I forgot to mention. When I first started doing Sculptra I had nodules to my temples BUT they were not visible. If I did not press on the area I would never know. They did not bother me at all. After more treatments of Sculpta they completely resolved and I think it’s because my skin thickened to this area so that helped a lot and with consistent treatments to this area I don’t get any nodules. Are your nodules visible?
One of the locations I work at is doing the clinical trials for them to get FDA approval. It’s very very expensive and I don’t like the idea that the fat is derived from cadavers. I mean they remove everything to make it safe, but just don’t like the idea. I’d rather stick to Sculptra for now.
love this. Your are very informative, like the shortness of the video plus the before and afters. My doc doesnt use SCULPTRA, but radiesse. What do you think about radiesse?
I’m still early in my treatment (1 month mark) and not seeing much change but love your video most of all I’ve watched (for reassurance)! I’m getting my next injections in 2 weeks and may have to get more, but I love the subtlety of it and how I don’t drastically change or look plumped up. I have a friend who has had 2 facelifts and she looks stiff, plastic and no where near her age, and I don’t want to be anything like that!
Interesting you brought it up. I really don’t believe Radiesse, hyperdilute or not, is a collagen stimulator. I think it’s an instant filler but I don’t believe it behaves in the same way as Sculptra.
@@shee3073 because I’ve tried non-dilute Radiesse on myself years before Scultpra and never saw any collagen stimulation personally. A lot of other providers believe it is though. It’s hard to assess because it’s also a filler and will give you immediate results, like a filler will. So how do you assess if the results are from filler vs. collagen stimulation. That’s just my personal opinion.
Good question. No Sculptra cannot be used under the eyes so it can’t really help with hollow eyes and darkness but this video may be of help 👉 ruclips.net/video/Y_KngsE0j4Q/видео.html
Hi Emily, @3:00 you showed us her transformation over four months with two vials. May I know was two vials done on the first session? How does Sculptra procedure work? Like few sessions? Love her transformation. I have had filler done and am happy about the results but now I am looking for Sculptra for maintenance. Thanks.
Hi, how are you! I believe I did her first 2 treatments a few weeks apart and then her 3rd and 4th vial all in one treatment session. I followed her up 3 months after each 2 vials. Glad you love her transformation!
@@wem-c9f It can always result in bruising because you are using a needle. With swelling, it’s more like you put water under the skin so the skin looks more full.
It’s possible but they’re not usually visible. So usually if they happen you would only know by pressing firmly on your skin. Also I have not had many issues with nodules.
That would be at the discrepancy of the injector. What auto immune disease are you specifically wondering about? It’s possible that you may not notice results as much OR that you may notice results more than most ppl if you have an auto immune disease. It’s possible that you can still get treated with Sculptra but it depends on the disease and how extensive your symptoms are.
@@NaturalInjector Thanks for the reply. I have Hashimoto's basically the auto immune version of hypothyroidism. My concern is the body attacking the Sculptra creating lumps or worse. Have you heard of this happening? Don't think this would happen with regular filler.
@@emiliegray6737 Actually, hypersensitivity reactions, in which someone’s system reacts to something has happened with filler. This is a known thing that can happen with filler, although very rare and not common. This is why we tell people to avoid getting vaccines and dental work 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after getting filler. Some people feel you should wait longer if you have a history of allergies. There have actually been no cases of hypersensitivity reactions with Sculptra.
Nodule formation is usually temporary (if any at all). There are ways to try and reverse it. Mostly all of my patients treated with Sculptra do not have problems with nodules. Nodule formation used to be more prevalent years ago when we were using less water to dilute Sculptra but now with the increased dilution it’s less of an issue.
No. Lower cheeks are the areas ppl can get gaunt to, like where they remove the buccal fat in buccal fat removal. Lateral cheeks are the pre-auricular area right in front of the ear, the sideburns areas.
Hi Emily, I’m in Texas and I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how I can find a good injector in my area, or how can I be sure that the person I’m going to is good injector with a meticulous perspective like you? 😊 Because I’ve already had bad experience with someone I thought was going to do a good job on me and I was not happy with my results… 🤔
Hi Izzy. I should probably make a video on how to find a good injector lol. Here are a few tips 1) try to find someone who does this full time, meaning they are not doing it on the side 2) look at their before and after photos 3) make sure they look natural looking 4) ask what happens if there is a complication to ensure they have some sort of protocol in place. Are you looking for someone who is well experienced in Sculptra?
Hi Emily! thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I really didn’t know much about sculptra until I started watching your very informative videos and I really like the idea of the benefits of sculptra vs. just regular fillers. 😊 And yes, I was going to ask you if you had a video of tips on how to find a good injector. 😁

I had 3 vials for hallowing in the temples and upper cheeks (had hallowing due to parotidectomy). Several months later and absolutely no effect. The doctor said it just didn’t work. In your opinion would more help? I feel like I wasted over $2,000 and would rather spend more to get results rather than just having done it for nothing.

I’m so annoyed I was all geared up for sculptra, when I went to the clinic they thought it wouldn’t really give me what I wanted. I think live lost volume in the buccal area. He pushed me more to fill my smile lines with filler and sculpta but what he really wanted me to do was the treads. No way! Obviously he put me off big time.
yeah i've seen two injectors..one said "wait a year" before doing any "filler"...then the other suggested a thread lift... but my issue is loss/lack of volume overall.. as i'm now in my 40's and active (runner) as well as low body fat.. I am seeing a provider who does sculptra next month and hoping for a better recommendation.
Dear dr ❤ will radiesse filler ever completely absorb? Like...will I ever see my baseline face again (please be 100% truthful)? Had 1ml in total on both cheeks, 1:1 dilution with saline Thank you so much for a quick answer! ❤
Tbh, i can't tell any difference between the before and afters on the patients with Sculptra. I really wanted to see it, but I just don't. Also, im terrified of the whole "wait and see" approach. Plus ive heard that Sculptra can really complicate things, causing significant scarring. This was noticed by plastic surgeons peforming facelifts on patients who had previously gotten Sculptra. And my biggest deterrent are the stories of women who developed hard lumps (granulomas) several months and sometimes up to a year later. They had tried everything to treat and get rid of them and nothing helped. To those of you who've tried it and love it, that's great! But the cons seem to outweigh th pros for me.
Great question. Yes you can. I just would not do it on the same day in the same area. I usually have patients what 3 or more weeks before doing Sculptra if they already have filler to the area.
Personally, I preferred my face when I lost a bit of the naturally fuller look of youth. Of course, now I have lost even more and need to add. Scupltra is interesting.
Hi Rraina. You are not the first person who has heard that Sculptra should not be used in the NLF’s. The nasolabial folds are actually the only area of the face that has FDA approval to treat with Sculptra. The company that makes Sculptra, Galderma, is about to get approval for the cheek area any day now. So we have been treating all the other areas of the face and body off-label. Be sure to sub and turn on notifications 🔔 because my next video will be about all the areas of the face and body you can treat with Sculptra.
I was wondering if you already have dermal fillers..can having sculptra treatments affect the dermal fillers..? where you will not have a good result? thanks
Hi Suzanne good question. I have done Scultpra a few weeks after dermal fillers and it doesn’t seem to affect the results of dermal fillers. We would do Scultpra to give the patient longer lasting results in the areas they had filler (ex: submalar or lower cheeks)
Can you please help me. I received 6 to 8 sessions of sculpture treatments over an 18 month period. Toward the middle and end sessions knew things had already gone wrong. I visited two different offices without revealing what the other said. Both said to stop seeing the doctor doing my sessions of sculpting. But it was too late. I have hard knots under my cheeks and between my eyes. I paid for fillers to mask this over the holidays but they are fading out. And now I look more sunken then when I started. The whole situation was a free program I enrolled for help with hiv patients who are face wasting from treatment regiment. But I also have crohn’s and I don’t really think the provider liked me much.
what about the eye area? the upper lid for example, is it treatable? I think is super important to not forget these areas, the upper and lower lids, but somehow, most of the times everything else looks perfect, but not the eye lids
No it should not and a lot of times people combine Scultpra and devices that use radio frequency on the same day. It can only help spread the Sculptra right after treatment.
Beware of Sculptra! In 2019 I went to a dermatologist to fix the acne scars on my face. I was told my face was too hollow and needed Sculptra to add more volume. I was told it was safe and there was nothing to worry about. After the procedure, I developed some large cystic lumps on my face. It took four and a half years to go away and left some scars after it dissolved. It was a nightmare! Never again.
I was so on board with getting this treatment, but as someone who suffers from minor breakouts. I am now rethinking it. I'm still trying to currently get rid of the dark spots from previous acne I had.
I want to love this. It's that I can't be patient, I can. But there is barely BAREEELY noticable difference in two years?? With each vial around $750? I dont mean to be a hater but I genuinely thought the guy looked better in his before picture. Ugh i want this to be effective but for the price and no promise of results, that's so risky
Is sculptra only for people who are thinner and has less body fat? I have a fatty face with thick skin. Is sculptra good for me? I want a bit of sculptra everywhere to thicken my skin a bit because I want collagen
No I have treated people with thicker skin too, the results are just more apparent on people who have thinner skin. I have a pic on my before and after gallery of someone who had thicker skin 👉 www.naturalinjector.com/beforeandafter?category=Sculptra
After two vials of getting scupltra sic weeks ago I am utterly devastated. My beautiful face is gone. I'm so scared my face is going to get bigger. I can't stop crying and will probably have to go to a mental hospital. Is there anything i can do to stop it?

I had no clue they were injecting my entire face. Two people injected me at once. My face was crooked walking out. I looked like I gained 40 pounds. I just want to know if I will have similar volume appearance to how I looked in the first week. She promised me my face shape would not change. I look like I different person. I feel like its a never ending nightmare. I dont want to leave my home. They wont respond to me since I wrote a bad review. I went to a plastic surgeon and he told me to let it run its course.
Can a face be overfilled with Sculptra? My face is not hollow; I have full cheeks but have some sunken areas under the eyes by the sides of nose and nasolabial lines. My doctor suggested to have 2 vials of Sculptra per treatment for a total of 3 treatments. Will it be too much? I am afraid of getting overfilled and look like a balloon face.
Great question! I have never seen someone’s face be overfilled from Sculptra but I have heard it can happen. Hi, my injector says she doesn’t need to prepare sculptra days before she does it the day of and when she did it, I haven’t seen any difference. Is it possible the injectors don’t add all the sculptra?
Hi Christina. There is a new protocol in which you don’t have to prep Sculptra and you can reconstitute and use the same day. I still like to reconstitute my vial for at least a week or close to a week though as I have not had issues with nodules. I am not sure when you did your Sculptra or how many vials that you did but I would give it a good 3 months and compare your before photos.
If you do want the model look that’s fine, maybe Scuptra is not a good fit for you now BUT it will likely be in the future. Usually ppl with those features, high cheekbones, will fall into the aging category of sinker, and Sculptra is great for sinkers. I have had one patient who has been with me for many years say to me that they like the chic heroine look. After around 7 years we started her Scultpra journey because she had too much definition to her face because of the loss of collagen that happens with aging. So while you may like the model look now, with aging you may notice that it can make the face become harsh from the loss of collagen
Hi, can sculptra make me have some volume in my front cheeks but only there? I have no volume in my cheeks (like Jennifer Connelly at 44yo but I'm 20) and the reason for this is genetics and I'm looking a solution for that
Hi Paulette. I’m not sure as I would need to see your face to give you a better idea. I find that with my lower cheeks (submalar cheeks), I have plumped the area a little more than when I was in my early to mid twenties. I offer virtual consults and I would be able to give you a better idea. Let me know if you’re interested.
Thing is I’ve had an issue with taking pictures on my male clients because of the difference in facial hair. He was clean shaven in his before picture and had facial hair in the photo after. The same thing happened when I recently took a photo of another male client, he was shaved clean in his before photo and had scruff in the after photo. It’s something i’ll have to address when taking photos I’ll have to tell them to make sure they shave. Another thing was the lighting was slightly different and brighter in the before. What you should pay attention to is the thickness of the skin, that’s the sign of collagen stimulation and its definitely improved in the after photo. No I don’t consider it a filler at all. Here are the differences 👉 ruclips.net/video/kfIXn-jo31Q/видео.html
@@NaturalInjector i agree with you. For me, scultura Is more a "lifter" than a filler or, at least, It Is a crossover. But i noticed that many docs classify the product as a filler.
I have no idea. We have been using injectables like filler and Sculptra in the nasolabial folds for years. I’m very curious which plastic surgeons are saying this? Do they have a RUclips?
@@NaturalInjector Search for the article "Nasolabial Fold Filler Is a Popular Ask. So Why Are Doctors So Reluctant to Inject?" Also videos of Victoria Cosmetic Institute. I'm still going to do it though. Do non-sculptra filters also encourage collagen formation?
I honestly do t see much of a difference after Sculptra injection , on these models, after 3 months . The variation is so ever slight it’s not worth the cost and risk
Some people have a really difficult time seeing the difference but I assure you the models were very happy as are most of my patients who have been treated with Sculptra. I feel if it’s on someone’s own face they would be able to assess better.
Does she have any medical issues in which she has to take biologics that suppress the immune system? Did they say why? Maybe they just were not very familiar or comfortable with doing Sculptra. Not every provider is and most are more familiar with fillers.
@@NaturalInjector they said my mum was too young in her skin for Sculptra , she already has fuller face not needing volume. But she wanted to get scuptra for collagen
Yes, women with cheeks are lucky and aging shoes slower. People liked my boney cheeks when I was young, at 69 yrs old I look very bad, no fat at all under skin 😟
@@civi4270 This was over the course of time though. It’s not like they paid $3500 all at once. Your face, just like hair, is an investment. I spend around $1350 a year if I add up getting color and keratin treatments.
Great question. So the FDA only followed people out for 2 years during the study which is why they say it can last up to 2 years. They were or are working on a 5 year study, and after the study they may be able to say up to 5 years. They can only say it can last for however long the study goes out to BUT this does not mean Scultpra wouldn’t last for longer than 2 years. I actually explain more in detail about the longevity in this video 👉 ruclips.net/video/kfIXn-jo31Q/видео.html
I cannot wait to see you too! I’ve been watching the videos on your channel (as well as Bootcamp) and it’s given me some great ideas 💡! Also YT have been blessing my channel lately lol.
Thing is that Sculptra stimulates your skin to produce it’s own collagen, so why would you need to get rid of your own collagen. This is the whole effect you are looking for is collagen stimulation, those are the results, not the PLLA particles themselves
I had my first sculptra 3 weeks ago can’t wait for my results! Can you still do lasers after sculptra? Will it affect it? Like clear and brilliant or Morpheus 8? Thanks ❤
Awesome! Keep us posted on your results. You can absolutely do lasers and Morpheus after Scultpra. Some people actually do lasers and Morpheus right after Scultpra, if anything it will help it spread more.
The comparisons with very young faces is not so helpful, because women's faces dont look their best when they have the puffy face of a 17year-old but around 25 year old with some contouring in the face. The photos of the girl look now heavy in the lower face, which is unfortunately what makes women look older. Maybe there will be no jowling after Sculptra in the lateral cheek side but she looks much squarer now in the lower face like older women.
Hi Sandra. I do agree that some people look better as they age because when we are young we have such an abundance of fat pads and we don’t have as much definition to our faces. A good example would be J Lo. I feel she looked better in her late 30’s and 40’s than she did when she was in her early 20’s because she lost some youthful fat. The comparison was just for the sole purpose of educating. I wasn’t suggesting that we all look our best when we are 17 I just wanted to show what happens with aging. The model looks softened and her skin has thickened after treatment. I don’t fee she looks much more square but has more of a youthful glow.
Unpopular opinion maybe but I feel a woman looks most beautiful in her 40’s when she’s lost a lot of that baby fat and has a slight hallowing of the cheeks like Johnny Depp.
@@duchessdelarue5983 Thank you for sharing your opinion. I think it varies a lot by a lot of factors like, aging type, if someone has more facial fat and thicker skin, I can see how they feel they look more attractive as they age and lose some of the fat because they have more definition. It also depends on someone’s weight, and face shape. Having some hollowness to the lower cheek can be appealing to some people and some like the chic heroine look. I think the chic heroine look can look good if it’s mild hollowness and the jaw width balances their cheek bones well. @@realrolly Thanks for your input. 10-16 vials-That would likely not be needed for a face. Sorry but I don’t need a sale from you and loads of people that had Sculptra think it was worth it and well worth the $$$. Also, not everyone wants to have lipo, it’s a surgery.
All I see is people looking like there face is fatter and alien like with sculptra and everyone looks the same it’s like they become a huge egg head like alien heads they also don’t look more youthful and it looks just like ballon face that fillers do , I don’t get the hype at all over sculptra

I'm so glad there's a video about explaining where someone needs to inject and why
Glad you found this video helpful. Just released another video about Scultpra today! Check it out
For me, Jennifer Connelly looks infinitely more beatiful when she's older than in her youth.

@@NaturalInjector She didn't gain weight, also had filler in her face prior to all her sculptra - maybe that is why? She hates it now & is doing face massages everyday...
@@DW... The filler is likely most why. The Sculptra may be contributing to a rounder appearance of the face but does not give an unnatural look.

Oh noooo really!? Do you know what dilution they used by chance? They may want to try to subsize them with a needle and possibly 5-flourouracil.
@@NaturalInjector Yes, I seriously look deformed.
I don't know the dilution but I'll ask next week when I go in for my 5th flushing appointment.
Thank you for offering ideas to fix it, I appreciate it and will suggest them to my doctor.

@@NaturalInjector Thank you.
She said she followed all the new recommended protocols with Sculptra ...
Thank you for posting great contents. What are your thoughts on injectable Renuva?
One of the locations I work at is doing the clinical trials for them to get FDA approval. It’s very very expensive and I don’t like the idea that the fat is derived from cadavers. I mean they remove everything to make it safe, but just don’t like the idea. I’d rather stick to Sculptra for now.
love this. Your are very informative, like the shortness of the video plus the before and afters. My doc doesnt use SCULPTRA, but radiesse. What do you think about radiesse?
I’m not a big fan of Radiesse. I don’t think it’s a collagen stimulator in the same way that Sculptra is. I know others may have a different opinion.
Have you begun using lanluma?
No because it’s not approved here in the US 😞. I wish it was I would try it out for sure.
Nice, I'm thinking of doing this treatment 🤭
I have a playlist on Sculptra. Feel free to watch it
I’m still early in my treatment (1 month mark) and not seeing much change but love your video most of all I’ve watched (for reassurance)! I’m getting my next injections in 2 weeks and may have to get more, but I love the subtlety of it and how I don’t drastically change or look plumped up. I have a friend who has had 2 facelifts and she looks stiff, plastic and no where near her age, and I don’t want to be anything like that!
Glad you found the videos helpful. Thanks for sharing your story and feel free to keep us posted on your results after 3 months
Have you got a result ?
Does anyone know any best clinic in London to do the treatment?
Please make a video on hyperdilute radiesse
Interesting you brought it up. I really don’t believe Radiesse, hyperdilute or not, is a collagen stimulator. I think it’s an instant filler but I don’t believe it behaves in the same way as Sculptra.
@@NaturalInjector don’t they have different mechanisms of inducing collagen synthesis? Why don’t you believe it’s a collagen stimulator?
@@shee3073 because I’ve tried non-dilute Radiesse on myself years before Scultpra and never saw any collagen stimulation personally. A lot of other providers believe it is though. It’s hard to assess because it’s also a filler and will give you immediate results, like a filler will. So how do you assess if the results are from filler vs. collagen stimulation. That’s just my personal opinion.
Hi. Does sculptra help hollow eyes and darkness??
@@NaturalInjector Ah I see. Thanks Emily! May I know if sculptra treatment results in swollen face and bruising? 😬
@@wem-c9f It can always result in bruising because you are using a needle. With swelling, it’s more like you put water under the skin so the skin looks more full.
Do you need prf injection for eyes if you are using sculptra ?
I don’t do PRF at the moment. I treat the under eyes with filler.
What about the risk of nodules forming when used in certain areas.
It’s possible but they’re not usually visible. So usually if they happen you would only know by pressing firmly on your skin. Also I have not had many issues with nodules.
Is this treatment usually more effective for women? What about this versus microneedling with PRP?
Hello! I was wondering what is your opinion on bellafil?
If you have autoimmune issues are you able to use this product?
@@NaturalInjector Thank you for the reply I feel reassured. I am in Nelson BC and wish I could see you instead of my choices here!

Hello could you please explain if it has side effects and when I can see the result
Can be removed like the other fillers if it caused problems??
Really want to do it but read so many horror stories about nodules and lumps formation from Sculptra? And they are irreversible?
Nodule formation is usually temporary (if any at all). There are ways to try and reverse it. Mostly all of my patients treated with Sculptra do not have problems with nodules. Nodule formation used to be more prevalent years ago when we were using less water to dilute Sculptra but now with the increased dilution it’s less of an issue.
Is lower cheek and lateral the same place?
No. Lower cheeks are the areas ppl can get gaunt to, like where they remove the buccal fat in buccal fat removal. Lateral cheeks are the pre-auricular area right in front of the ear, the sideburns areas.

I really can’t advise on that because I use Sculptra at a much deeper level than what a micro needling device can do.

I am seeing a provider who does sculptra next month and hoping for a better recommendation.
Dear dr ❤ will radiesse filler ever completely absorb? Like...will I ever see my baseline face again (please be 100% truthful)?

Thank you so much for a quick answer!

Can you use sculptra if you still have fillers in your face or do they need to be dissolved first?
Great question. Yes you can. I just would not do it on the same day in the same area. I usually have patients what 3 or more weeks before doing Sculptra if they already have filler to the area.
Why do the temple injections hurt for days? Is it injector or patient?
Personally, I preferred my face when I lost a bit of the naturally fuller look of youth. Of course, now I have lost even more and need to add. Scupltra is interesting.
Thanks for sharing your story Cynthia. Sculptra is very interesting
How are the nasolabial folds treated with sculptra? I thought sculptra was not suppose to be used around that area ? Plz help 🙏🏽 Ty so much
I think is super important to not forget these areas, the upper and lower lids, but somehow, most of the times everything else looks perfect, but not the eye lids
would radio frequency dissolve the sculptra if i wanted to do both?
No it should not and a lot of times people combine Scultpra and devices that use radio frequency on the same day. It can only help spread the Sculptra right after treatment.
I heard sculpture can't be done under eyes, is that true?
Yes that’s true you shouldn’t use it under the eyes.
My doctor suggested to have 2 vials of Sculptra per treatment for a total of 3 treatments. Will it be too much? I am afraid of getting overfilled and look like a balloon face.

What do vials mean and how much product did u use on patient per procedure??
1:49 and 2:56- On those time stamps I actually have it written in the video how many vials I did per patient. Scultpra is measured by vial.
For those who want the model look face, high cheek bones… what’s the point of using Sculptra?
If you do want the model look that’s fine, maybe Scuptra is not a good fit for you now BUT it will likely be in the future. Usually ppl with those features, high cheekbones, will fall into the aging category of sinker, and Sculptra is great for sinkers. I have had one patient who has been with me for many years say to me that they like the chic heroine look. After around 7 years we started her Scultpra journey because she had too much definition to her face because of the loss of collagen that happens with aging. So while you may like the model look now, with aging you may notice that it can make the face become harsh from the loss of collagen
I honestly don’t see too much of a visible difference if any at all in those patients esp the woman 😩

She never went back to baseline? I thought sculptra only lasts 2 years?
Great question. So the FDA only followed people out for 2 years during the study which is why they say it can last up to 2 years. They were or are working on a 5 year study, and after the study they may be able to say up to 5 years. They can only say it can last for however long the study goes out to BUT this does not mean Scultpra wouldn’t last for longer than 2 years. I cannot wait to see you too! I’ve been watching the videos on your channel (as well as Bootcamp) and it’s given me some great ideas 💡! Also YT have been blessing my channel lately lol.
I would never have the guts to get Sculptra because of the risks of nodules ... Sculptra cannot be removed I am told but fillers 'can ...
Thanks ❤

That man looks older in the after?
I don’t fee she looks much more square but has more of a youthful glow.
even next to her eyes....crow feet area!!! wow!
It may look better because we did her temples 👍
I discussed this in this video 👉 ruclips.net/video/yB8sN6vRf6c/видео.htmlsi=AdDnHq6aX8c_MyXZ
@ true. I was thinking of beauties like Angelina Jolie and Anne Hathaway who looked even more beautiful as they got into their 40’s.
How bout you move to Huntsville Alabama just for me
😜….. girls be like
🙄
I am sorry I think the man looked younger and better before the treatment. I am not sure I see any effect.
Just because you are present in the OR handing the doctor his/her tools and/or coffee as an assistant does not give you the right to give medical advice. 🙄
? What are you talking about. I’m not a surgical assistant. Perhaps you should do more research on what PA’s do.
NO, I can not see much difference at all. It's not enough to warrant the work or money. I am a 51 yr old male with very very hollow cheeks after large weight loss and having high cheek bones. At your rate I'd need 10 to 16 vials probably. I don't want to put that much of any substance in my face. I think I will put some weight back on to flesh out the cheeks then get lipo on stomach, lower back etc. I'm sorry but I'm not impressed. I dont mean to be harsh but that's the truth. No sale!
Where are you seeing this? Do you know people who have had Sculptra?
Neither person on the splash page looks better in after shot.
These before and after photos look reversed.
Hmm, maybe you should look again
the effects are SO SUBTLE - I'd rather look DONE!!!!! lol....this would be a giant waste of money to me. IF I got these results, I would insist on a refund.
Well then Sculptra is probably not for you then. Some people don’t have an aesthetic eye for spotting changes like this. Some people like the overdone look not everyone wants to remain looking natural.
Why are you calling these women out? To get clients?????? Smh.
?? Calling who out
Shes addressing peoples fears, because they dont want to look like celebrities who have bad results. Idk how thats a bad thing reassuring someone.
@@tiffanykilby7560 thank you! How is that a bad thing? My channel focuses on educating ppl who are interested in enhancing their natural beauty with injectables. She can call it “calling out” if she wants but it’s for the purposes of education.
@@NaturalInjectorRight! Its a what to do, what not to do . why ppl get good results vs. Bad results. Keep up the great work.
@@tiffanykilby7560 Yes! Thanks Tiffany! 👍
Can it be used on agong hands that are lacking volume. My hands look old with creppey skin
Some ppl do but it’s way riskier to develop nodules in the hands which is why ppl use fillers to hands
