Make sure your cast iron skillet is seasoned. If it’s seasoned then you need to let the cast iron come to temperature before cooking. This will allow you to cook without your food sticking.

My bed is just a piece of foam from Home Depot which I got for like $30! It’s not the greatest but surprisingly comfortable for the price!
