Yes I agree on slow feeding of coffee bean by tilting the hand grinder

My Spro settings was 5 clicks & man it was hard. But think it can be coarser because I tamped the coffee lightly because when I tamp I could feel the tamper sinking down very fast into the portafilter basket because it was too fine. I notice that we can know how fine we grind when feel how we tamp if it not sinking much that’s just right for 8 bar espresso machine .

      Awesome!
That's great to hear, yeah man grinding for espresso on the Comandante is an arm work out but it isn't impossible. If you aren't already, try using a wrist band or rubber band for added grip. This really does help!

What's going to be a pain in the ass is adjusting the grind settings regularly. Once you dialed in it'll be alright, but when the beans get older or you switch, again you have to dial in and for espresso you can count on having to grind for 2 minutes. Plus you might have to play around with doses...Ugh.

I bought MK4, and so I noticed such a feature, the millstones rustle from1 to 6 clicks, even 7 click when i rotate it around axis , is this the norm ?

Hmm I'm not too sure about this.
Best to get in touch with Comandante directly about this issue.
      Cheers
