I got Ableton to go through OBS and changed Zoom mic input to the VB Cable output but don't get any sound from it. I have the OBS DAW track set to Monitor and Output
You will need an audio interface with loopback. And also did you check the audio settings where the main OBS output is being sent? It should be the virtual cable.
@@mixmachineanalog When you say "changing the main OBS output" are you referencing the Settings/Audio/Default Monitor setting - and selecting VB Cable there?
Somethings wrong. When i go to input audio capture and select device ehat appears are my stereo mix speakers of my computer, there is no Aux or Mic or Desktop audio. How to troubleshoot this ? And when i open filter in audio filters adding the plus sign for VTS i dont get any vts plug in to select even when i click open plug-in interface.
So I not need Banana/Potato? I dont know how can I setup it with it or maybe bette for less latency without? I have instaled Potato and Virtual Cables on my computer.
Hey, thx for this it worked great however. Zoom does not pick up the effects from Reaper or Studio ONE i tried both. so its all connected fine and sound comes out fine but the guitar even though it has distortion on which i can hear from my side sounds clean on the zoom side. Any ideas? Many thanks
Marco? Paramita & Purple Chickens? Thank you very much! All along I thought S1 is not allowing the audio to go through OBS that's why I switched to reaper when doing live with DAW support.
Seems that even when you select Enable stereo on Windows, it still will transmit in mono. There is no way to transmit stereo audio on the Windows version of Zoom it seems.
You forgot to explain what to do when your audio interface doesn’t have any additional inputs that you don’t use. You mentioned using plugins ? I have a focusrite scarlet 2i2 3rd gen . Thanks

Hey bro, I don't have outputs that I don't use, what should I do? Cause I can't make the Daw's audio go into OBS
If you dont have available inputs and outputs try using the windows or mac default device :)

Hold on let me back track :)
You can try adding a gain filter in obs daw filters and than add the vst olugin (keep the gain level to lowest)
@@merkkabah4998 YEs thats a good work around!!!
